It's definitely worth the money. Everyone should take this night tour; it's beautiful and the air is cool. The only downside is that Traveloka gave an inaccurate departure time, so I almost missed the bus. Luckily, the enthusiastic tour guide helped me get to the bus station just in time.

I bought the ticket mainly to enjoy the breeze, so I didn't get off at any stops. Therefore, the overall experience was quite relaxing and comfortable. Relaxing on the bus and watching the street life was a unique pleasure 👍 However, I did experience mild motion sickness. The commentary wasn't particularly engaging, and there was a bit too much waiting time between music stops. Also, the commentary usually started before the bus reached the attractions, so by the time we arrived, I was a bit out of sync, making it difficult to follow and fully appreciate the experience. In short, it was a decent, relaxing experience, but if the commentary were more lively and well-timed, it would have been much more complete and engaging.

Oh my gosh, it's really ok! An experience you should try when coming to Hanoi. But you should go on a weekday so you can stay longer and pass Hoan Kiem Lake!

On Thursday there is a mini show on the bus, but there is no destination explanation so the itinerary and tour spots cannot be clearly felt.

The tour guide is friendly, the tour itinerary is good; you can choose hop on hop off and hop off only in the location you want. The bus is clean.

The weather is so cool and beautiful, along with the beautiful surrounding scenery lit up. I have ridden the double-decker bus many times, but the cool autumn weather in the morning or evening is also wonderful.

Buying tickets on an app with mgg is cheaper than buying at the counter. The day I went on a holiday, the number of tickets sold exceeded the capacity of each bus, so many customers had to wait an hour for the next bus, and the next bus was full, so another bus had to be added. When exchanging tickets, the staff did not advise that the schedule of the stops had changed because of the roadblock. The staff who distributed the headphones on the bus also did not instruct when the sound would be available to test. I had to change the headphones for the third time before I could hear the sound, and of course, this section passed through 2 places with commentary. Otherwise, the experience is worth trying, so you should go on a cool afternoon trip, and come back in the afternoon when the city lights have just come on so you can enjoy it!

I haven't gone yet because that day our group didn't make it on time to get on the train. Sob.

I booked a ticket through TL, saw the schedule of the night tour, the first trip would start at 6pm, I took the opportunity to exchange the paper ticket at 4.45pm, and the staff at the ticket counter asked me to stay and wait for another 5 minutes for the bus, but my team did not have enough people and partly because we decided to leave at 6pm. I called the guests and other people in the team but still could not make it, so I agreed to wait another 1:30 for the 6.30pm bus, which the staff said was the earliest available bus for my group. We accepted to wait for the sun and rain just to wait 60 minutes to go around the city, but after 6.30pm the bus arrived and I was put on the bus but they said there were no seats, after a while our group got off and waited until 7:50pm for the next bus. Well, everything continued when we got on the bus, the wind blew and it rained very, very hard, we tried to sit on the 2nd floor for about 10 minutes then had to go downstairs because the rain was too heavy. The plus point is that the support staff on the car is very enthusiastic and friendly. We went around the city, the total time was about 45-50 minutes instead of 70-80 minutes as informed, the car dropped us off at the lakeside in the pouring rain even though it asked us if we wanted to stop at the lakeside as the starting point or the cathedral, we chose the cathedral and booked a car there so that when we got off there would be a car to pick us up but the car dropped us off next to the Marriot hotel, and then we had to walk in the rain to near the new HN newspaper because the taxi driver didn't know where we were standing. It was really an experience of spending money to buy something annoying. What I found the funniest was that the advertisement said there was a trip every 30 minutes but customers had to wait for nearly 2 hours even though they had informed us in advance, why is that shop???

Uiii, we are from the countryside and just came to Hanoi to visit so we didn't know the place, got lost and missed the trip, luckily we met Ms. Nhung, a super enthusiastic and cute tour guide and Mr. Nguyen, a funny and extremely hospitable driver.
