Ordering the voucher was easy, there was delivery to your home... Once you arrive at Narita, exchanging the voucher for a ticket was also easy and the staff were very helpful.

Easy to exchange because there are many counters at big stations.

If JR is indeed no doubt, its quality is just maybe the downside is that the redemption must bring an exchange order to Japan, the passport must be stamped at immigration, the JR pass is small and very risky to be lost and damaged (there is no digital version which is very difficult for those who take a long duration). Basically, the administration is still old-fashioned, but if you are going to many cities, it is worth it because the shinkansen is expensive per unit if it is far away. So calculate first, if the unit is more expensive, just don't hesitate to buy this

Bought a JR Pass from Traveloka for the first time. The CS was very helpful, and the redemption voucher was delivered safely to a warehouse near where I live. Redemption and use in Japan posed no problems at all.
