Very convenient & easy to redeem- staffs are helpful & friendly, be it online or at the counter on both sides. Punctual ferry departures on both sides. The staffs will help carry our luggages on/off board- appreciated. Prefer PVC seats as it is cleaner. Water is provided as well. Very smooth & fast rides. Highly recommended!

It's never been difficult to claim the ticket. Usually, I will show the PDF booking confirmation instead of a printed document. Thank you, seller.

It was fun and safe trip with this ferry. Departed on time, but had to queue when dock, so the journey takes more than 1 hour.

I had a good experience taking the Majestic Ferry from Singapore to Batam. The check-in process was smooth and the staff were helpful. The ferry was clean, comfy and departed on time. Oh, and the interior was super nice too!

Easy redemption with clear instructions. They asked for a printed copy of the ticket though. Counter staff was helpful to rearrange another trip as we were slightly late to check in. We would recommend this purchase.
