The Majestic Fast Ferry ride was very comfortable, fast, and didn't really feel like it until we were almost at Harbour Bay Batam. The seats were comfortable, and our luggage was securely stored. So far, so good. Thanks to Majestic Fast Ferry.

Very convenient & easy to redeem- staffs are helpful & friendly, be it online or at the counter on both sides. Punctual ferry departures on both sides. The staffs will help carry our luggages on/off board- appreciated. Prefer PVC seats as it is cleaner. Water is provided as well. Very smooth & fast rides. Highly recommended!

It's never been difficult to claim the ticket. Usually, I will show the PDF booking confirmation instead of a printed document. Thank you, seller.

It was fun and safe trip with this ferry. Departed on time, but had to queue when dock, so the journey takes more than 1 hour.
