When I returned, the car was on time. Moreover, the service was excellent. The car was cool, clean, and only half full—perhaps because I traveled on a Sunday. Additionally, the staff was very helpful and responded quickly to my WhatsApp message when I inquired about available ATMs at the destination. Definitely recommended.

Departure was delayed by more than 1 hour due to a work accident. The ticket exchange process was very difficult and the bus driver's attitude was like a thug.
