A little choice of menu and never update. Always same menu 3 times I go to concordia

On the sofa the end was rather dirty. And rarely touched by his servant

Pilihan makanan terlalu sedikit, makanannya kurang enak

Since it's open to public with a charge, you do get all sorts of people where most of them are really loud, rowdy & noisy so it's not those kind of airport lounge that has high standard with quiet environment. Food is also not nice at all, most food are dry depending on timing (this is my 2nd time here). Also please note there is no alcohol served. The only convenient this is you get power points to charge your phones...

Nice service, nice place, nice food

The toilet not clean, no tissue in toilet, the plate after people eat they didn’t take it to clean up the table and let it mess for long.

Loungenya nyaman untuk menunggu penerbangan 2-3 jam ke depan. Kemarin kebetulan masih sepi sehingga lebih tenang dan tidak berisik. Bisa istirahat. Namun sayang pilihan makanan tidak terlalu variatif. Untuk taste biasa saja, apa mungkin disesuaikan juga dengan lidah bule.

Nasi kering, minuman hambar dan gak segar

Tidak seperti yang dijelaskan dan tertera di dalam rekomendasi. So far makanannya enak dan tempat juga bagus.

Biasanya kalo di lounge saya dikasih tau paling awal kalo mau boarding ini tengah. Jadi sama aja dapet antrian panjang.

Tempatnya nyaman. Sedikit saran agar makanannya dirubah menunya tiap hari, karena setiap saya ke sana menunya begitu-begitu saja. Terima kasih.

Variasi makanan kurang beragam. Nilai plus, ada bisa minta cappucino/latte.

The staffs are very helpful and i can eat anything served there including meal, snacks, drinks and also desert. And also they have fast wifi connection.
