I paid for the service and never received the QR Code. Every attempt to get the service working was meet with more delays and repetitive requests. It’s hard enough dealing with things in a foreign country far from home. Not having a fully functioning cell phone while dealing with things makes it worse. I believe this maybe a scam. I never received the phone service offered by traveloka. I want a full refund on my credit card.
