Bought it on the spur of the moment at 2 am in Changi for an 18-hour transit one day trip. It's safe, just scan it, then the eSIM will be active in SIM slot 2. But if it's early in the morning, the QR eSIM will take a long time to be sent, just wait maybe 15 minutes. The speed is okay.

Overall good and smooth, the exchange process was fast and very helpful with CS via WhatsApp.

SIM is easy to exchange, than roaming internet price is more affordable. Signal can be used, a little obstacle when moving countries must restart the cellphone. For border areas a little difficult to connect. But overall very helpful. Good, first time experience using esim is very practical and efficient.
