The first step to add esim really take time. I have to restart the phone at least 3 times to connect to Internet. The valid time is 7 days but the morning of 7th day the connection is no service. Even within 6 days the connection is also really bad. More than that, you cannot call or receive the call from others. The first and only one time I want to buy esim in traveloka. Really disappointed 😞😞😞

The signal is very good in Saigon, very easy to scan & use, it's just a shame that it can't be used for calls because it's not a Vietnamese eSIM, the settings have to be roaming but for the internet it's very good & fast, because I live in Vietnam, this eSIM is only for tourists, not for those who stay long term.

After 3 days of use, 5G still appears but the Internet cannot be used and I cannot top up to buy more data. For the last 2-3 days, I have no Internet to use.

Believe me it's one of the worst eSIM I ever purchased. My friend bought the other eSIM and works perfectly, while I only can connect to whatsapp text ONLY (even you can't use whatsapp call)... super slow connect to google, even grab service. The first day it's already lost connection for est. 30 minutes. Second day suddenly it's super slow connection, and I was in HCM city district 1! what a joke. DONT BUY THIS SERVICE!

The signal is not very strong, even though there is a 3G signal in Sa and in Hanoi there was 3G.
