Switching networks with my eSIM was super fast, and I always had a great connection no matter where I was in Taiwan.

The esim works fine and auto connect as soon as you land. I contacted Xplori beforehand to make sure if Instagram, WhatsApp, Google, Tiktok can be opened without VPN or not. They did say those apps can be opened just fine but little chance for Tiktok. And it was true, all foreign apps can be opened except for Tiktok. If this is ok to you then i highly recommend!

Good Internet connection in China. You just have to follow the instruction by scanning the QR code from the provider. I had only a few hours in Shanghai and this was the best option to use data there. Probably buy again if I travel to China soon.
