The SIM card connection is quite stable and fast :) convenient for searching and browsing the web.

I didn't receive the QR code by email. the support contact seems not helpful. At the end, I had to buy the new esim at Klook. It was much easier.

When arrived, esim can't be activated, but customer service are very helpful when contacted. They give new QR and ask to change APN setting, after that esim work perfectly during my stay.

It's true that the connection is unlimited, but at the beginning it was a bit of a technological impediment when exchanging tickets, so it only worked on the second day.

It was completely useless as it couldn't be used once we arrived in Hong Kong. We ended up buying roaming plans again from Telkomsel. Never again to use these offers!

I've followed the instructions and still can't use it, it's complicated and I have no choice but to buy a new card in Thailand and Hong Kong. I asked the airport staff to help me fill it in, but they don't know and no one can do it.
