Accommodations surpassed my expectations. It was very clean and modern. The hotel provided a bus pass to get to Old Quebec. The location is close to Via Rail St Foy station. There is a upscale restaurant on site. Staff were friendly and very helpful.

Overall, the stay was okay, but there was a bad chemical smell in the room, like a renovation or new furniture smell. It was especially noticeable around the furniture, such as the bedside tables and wardrobe, which made the room uncomfortable to stay in.

Hotel and room were clean. Recent renovations were done. The king size bed was very comfortable. It was nice to have a fridge and Nespresso machine in our room! Very nice place.

Accueil professionnel et chaleureux. S’ils peuvent offrir la chambre avant 16:00 ils le font avec plaisir. Enregistrement, rapide et départ très rapide. Ça fait trois fois que je reviens à cet hôtel et pas la dernière. Seul inconvénient, les travaux devant l’hôtel pour l’autoroute… Ça fait des années. Par contre, je n’ai pas souffert du bruit… Merci encore à toute l’équipe pour votre accueil.

When i reached hotel there was no parking available due to parking repaint or construction....why should I pay the full price then if I have to drag my luggage from parking of next hotel ,,, and when I asked receptionist he was like oh can't do anything about it

Everything was fantastic but beware of the construction outside on the st all around ! Don’t waste your money like I did on the balcony room! It’s noisy and dusty all day! I wish someone had told me or the price been reduced due to not being usable! Otherwise stay here! Not in Old town !

This is a very accessible hotel if you, like us, are travelling with plenty car parking at the site. A short drive into the centre of Quebec. There is also a lovely pizza restaurant and short walk from the hotel, which is recommendable.

Clean and well stocked room , a bit cozier than anticipated for 2 adults and a dog. Access is slightly messy with all the construction in the area. Reception was very warm

« new » hotel so no problem with cleanliness Staff polite, but seem to struggle with juggling between the phone and on place clients even with 2 staff members Lack of amenities and instruction on how to find/enter the hotel ; thank God the parking is free It does the job for a night or two but really expensive for what it is I have stayed at better Best Westerns Beware they accept dogs, so you might hear dogs bark

Tout était parfait même même au restaurant le genouillère ils m’ont accommodé je suis végan et ils m’ont créé un plat sur mesure. Le personnel est courtois et les chambres sont nickel.

Hey, fabulous day at an exceptionally well kept hotel

Would definately stay again. Couple of very small issues. Not the fault of the hotel but major construction taking place all around the hotel and general vicinity, made getting around somewhat more difficult. Used on site laundry, thought 8 dollar flat fee was a little much but it was convenient.

Rrstaurant service was terrible. Staff was appologetic .price was unreasonable.
