Great option as it is right on the walkway to the water. Indoor and Outdoor Pool, Lounge and Restaurant. We ate at both the Restaurant and Lounge and the food was really good, pricey but good.

Great hotel at great location! Free Starbucks coffee and Juice in the lobby! Staffs are great! My only problem is the thermostat. My room was too cold, and my coworker’s room was too hot. Adjustments don’t on room temperature work.

I will not book with Westin again due to the out rages hold charges. We booked this hotel and prepaid in full well in advance of our trip. Upon arrival we were charged a hold of $586.78 and additional hold of $50. There was no clear answer to why their charge is so high an additional charges other then they are computer generated. We do a lot of traveling and book higher end accommodations mostly through Expedia and pre pay, and never have we encounter a hold charge this high or additional holds added on. We understand due to inconsiderate guest holds are required and we have paid up to $300.00 but only one hold charge not every time you charge a service.

3rd visit in last 2 months, TV in room never works, last stay 2 of lamp's by bed side wouldnt turn on, heating syytem in room throws too much cold air , nothing major, just little things that should be checked before turning over the room to stay in , staff are always friendly and pleasant, valet parking is handy ! as well as fresh coffee in lobby !

Not our first stay at this location, but this room needed a little maintenance. Bathroom tap would leak on the counter when it was on, lamp was broken, and usb plug was destroyed so could not charge phone, and the smoke detector went faulty in the middle of the night. When brought to staff, that made a small concession to accommodate for the inconvenience.

The room was fine, but even after giving the hotel our plate # we received a parking ticket, plus they over charged us by $62, I called them and they said it was the additional hold they put on a card. I have never heard of the hold on a credit card being a random amount like $62. They did get the ticket cancelled as well but I shouldn’t need to call them to take care of it in the first place.

Why advertise as a ‘pet friendly’ hotel then make it a policy that you cannot leave your pet in the room? Also, be smart about where you put the guests with pets close to the elevators where the most traffic is.
