It was just not a good hotel to stay at there was alot of noise couldn't sleep , the room was not very clean as per the sheets , it was old and not updated , the hallways were dim and dark.

Spacious rooms in good condition. Breakfast was decent several hot options to choose from as well as cereal, yogurt etc. New rooftop patio was closed unfortunately, likely due to the smoke in the area. I will return next time in Kamloops.

I would say one of the worst hotels I stayed so far, from the entrance of the room to the washroom everything was old and unclean. Particularly the breakfast served in the morning was not to the standard at all. I would never recommend this place again to anyone

Bed was broken so we got a new room and same issue. Bathroom was not clean, furniture was very dirty and Tv did not work. Unless they change a few things, would not recommend.

Very dirty and smelt very bad on this day as it was very hot and no air conditioning so the smell was amplified even though they tried covering it up with air fresheners. The rug was very dirty and looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in awhile again possibly due to no air conditioning and heat. Would not advise anyone with breathing issues to stay here as they had really sprayed a lot of air fresheners to cover smell in building. The manager is very rude and they gave us a room in a different building (even dirtier than the main building) and when we said that’s not the room we paid for they said to bad that’s all we have, I asked for my money back then as they had changed my room they refused to give me my money back even though we did not use the room. Due to the filth and smell we had to go rent somewhere else.

The "continental" breakfast was anything but continental—it was really poor. Just some dry muffins, cereal, and toast. The beds were comfortable, but the hotel was very noisy overall. I recommend bringing your own shampoo, conditioner, and soap. They still haven't returned my deposit.

Clean and spacious room. Breakfast was good. Helpful staff. Rooms are equipped with a/c, tv, iron and board with closet. During for preparing coffee. Only drawback is nobody comes empty the garbage and no one comes to fill the coffee pods.

The room was clean but the bathroom toilet was full up of pee as sweeper has not flushed it after uaing or cleaning.

Everything was clean and check in was easy with front desk staff

Terrible condition. No brush/toothpaste no basic things provided in room. Hair dryer broken. Old dirty room.

Lack of maintenance. Breakfast quality was poor. Many flies in room.

Checking in we were given a gift of two waters and some snacks that were much appreciated by our children. Overall the hotel is decent. Run down and repainted but just not great overall shape. Biggest complaint was our room smelled badly of Body Odour. Needed to be aired out and freshened up. Bed was old and sagged in from the center. Just could have been a bit better. Nothing detrimental or anything.

Excellent location to shopping and other amenities.

Pre payed for Booking a two night stay throught a travel agent my room was given away. to someone else then the hotel charges me two time maken my one night stay a 1300 dallor stay I would not recommend this hotel at all stay away if possible

We had a late check-in and didn't get the room we paid for. Still paid the same. Windows very dirty. Things peeling off in corners.

Loud a/c, toilet kept flushing on it own all night, bed was not the most comfortable. Out side door to parking was unsecured ( lock was broken) although traveling with pets can be hard, we were able to have our large dog.

The air conditioning was good. The beds were comfortable, easy checkout.

Breakfast was OK, the bed was comfortable, but the TV didn’t work and when we called the front desk, they did not send anybody up to have a look at it and we told the front desk in the morning and they just ignored us. Will be passing by this one next time.
