We love to stay there. It is historic and excellently located. It is dated and not modern, which is part of its charm. The price was way too high after all of the extra charges though.

Great central location. Alex at the front desk was super helpful with our room accommodations and with helping us plan our visit around town. The hotel is of course old (1905) but is charming and well maintained, our bed was very comfortable and we had a nice jacuzzi bathtub in our room. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Easy check in. Nice and big room with a jetted tub. Room was very clean. Tub was nice! Fun old hotel atmosphere, very close to shopping and hotels. Loved the location. Parking lot shuttle was very convenient and easy to use. Restaurant hotel had good food, nice balcony overlooking the shops. FYI 18% fee/ tip is already included in the restaurant total.

There kids able to be in bar area and the game room was not cleaned.It was good and would've been great had the hot tub been working. It was a nice outdoor sitting area around a fire pit that was really nice.

Very old hotel,cool building. Great front deck staff. Very prompt shuttle for offsite parking. Bed ok, clean. Food is expensive and watch the automatic 18% gratuity on your food and bar tab😳 Wasn’t aware the first night and added an additional tip. Window air conditioning was sufficient but we like it cold in our room. Location is amazing.

It was old fashion we loved it

We visited Eureka Springs with our daughters and their families and had a pleasant stay. The hotel is old so not fancy but our king room was spacious and bed comfy. Great location!

First of all i have nothing bad to say about this beautiful hotel. Extremely clean and comfortable rooms that make you feel like no one has ever stayed there before. The staff in its entirety was very hospitable. We loved that they have a shuttle to take you where you need to go downtown. We also did a room add on of chocolate covered strawberries that were a devine touch to our stay. Keep up the great work.

Loved the facility and it's history. Staff very friendly and helpful.

We enjoyed the hotel and surrounding area. The ghost tour was only OK (this costs extra), but the walking tour was incredible (and it was free). We thoroughly enjoyed our couples massage.

Location, location, location and very helpful and friendly staff !

The hotel was built in 1905 and remodeled the bathrooms but rooms are original and quaint. Great Location downtown Basin Park with walking to shops, park, restaurants. Hotel Parking is off property but hotel provides a shuttle service. Upon our arrival the elevator was not working so we had to climb three flights of stairs with our carry on luggage. Complimentary coffee in hotel lobby.

The hotel is extremely nice for its age with a lot of history behind it. The decor adds the timeless charm and style. The only reason the overall rating was not “5-star” from us is that the elevator was out of service almost 1 full day - we were on the 5th floor and my husband has a “bad knee” that caused him a lot of pain after this happened. We understand the age of the structure has a lot to do with this so we will just keep that in mind for future bookings. Our room was nice and clean, but the AC did not stay cold late in the evening (our windows faced the west). The staff was very friendly and Jodie at the restaurant host stand was amazing! Hotel location was great and the balcony allowed for comfort while we visited and enjoyed the views! Would definitely stay again!

Room was ok. I was charged more than I was quoted by Expedia when I got to the hotel. The Basin said they would adjust but they did not honor their terms and still charged me some surprise fees.

This is in an excellent location for shopping, dining, and catching trams to other locations. The rooms are clean and comfortable.

The only thing we did not like was the mattress! The entire experience other than that was top notch!
