Easy peasy! Friendly staff at the front desk!

When checking in the 2 ladies at the front desk were chatting and we stood there for a couple of minutes until one lady looked at us like we were bothering them, I stated we are checking in, she rolled her eyes and asked our information, she got us checked in and said there will not be any room service unless we let the front desk know by 8 am of the day we needed the room service done. While during our stay we needed toilet paper, my wife went to the front desk and asked for some toilet paper, the person at the front desk told her it would be right up this was around 4pm, nothing was brought up we wound up using the restrooms in the hall by the snack machines. the next day we saw a house keeping lady and asked her if we could get the toilet paper, she had it to us in 10 minutes. the bathroom was moldy around the floor and shower. at night the room door has light coming in around it from the hall on the other side, so much so there is no need for a night light. I really do not feel that the price we paid for the room was anywhere near worth what we had to pay for.

The staff was very nice but over all the property was dirty and the furnishings were very tired and stained. The bar area was nice and so was the night time bartender. But during the day, when it was open, I couldn’t find anyone to take an order and there were several dirty tables with used dishes on them. Overall, it was in a convenient location but most things close by were closed or seedy looking

The stay at the property was good, however after the second day there was no toilet tissue in the room and we had to keep requesting towels and for the room to be cleaned. We saw the maid on the floor and requested towels but was told that we had to go to the front desk

Everything was great except there should be free breakfast

Water damage in the ceiling of our room - rusted metal. Uncomfortable mattress. How is this a four star hotel. Its old and needs a remodel.

Cookies were good, bed was comfortable. The location of my room was noisy. I heard doors slamming late night.

Check in was horrible

Nothing was impressive. Just another hotel. Corners of bathroom was dirty, obviously not cleaned on a regular basis. Room was ok, but apparently some employees sitting at bar, discussing a bed bug infestation. Not a good sign. None of the employees stood out as good or even great. They were average at best. I wont plan to book there again, as you should at least get a smile. No discussion of amenities, local things of interest. Nothing. Rather sad.

Property seem run down, odd smells and very noisy especially in the room itself. Will not choose to stay at this location again.

First, let’s start by saying I will not stay there again. The young lady that worked the front desk Friday morning showed no empathy at all. I booked 3 days through Expedia and I showed her my receipt. She still had me to pay for a third day. I didn’t have time to go back and forth with her because I had to be somewhere soon. I will dispute that charge .
