Great stay

Everything you need. Close to downtown without the noise.

Took a friends trip down to Nashville just one day one night and this place was great. Very friendly staff and very nice establishment. They had a gate for parking which was a little finicky to work worth but was easily fixed by ringing the button for the staff. Excellent view outside of our balcony. Slight downside was you are right next to the airport, so expect to hear some planes if you want to enjoy that balcony view over the mountains. Nice thick balcony doors so you can’t really hear the planes on the inside. All in all decent spot. Definitely like 9/10 definitely worth the money would come again

I did not like the smell a dog on the rooms (very strong smell) The front counter did not to friendly, very hard to find the wifi information .

Nice hotel

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Sheraton Music City Nashville Airport, and overall, it was a wonderful experience! The hotel is very pet-friendly, which made traveling with my furry companion a breeze. The staff was accommodating and welcoming, ensuring that both my pet and I felt comfortable throughout our stay. The ambiance of the hotel is charming, and the grounds are well-maintained, offering a lovely space to relax. One of the highlights of my trip was the service at the bar. Michael, the bartender, was fantastic—his friendly demeanor and excellent cocktail recommendations made for a great experience whenever I visited. However, I do want to point out one downside: the bar area was uncomfortably cold during my stay. The air-conditioning seemed to be set quite high, making it difficult to enjoy the atmosphere or our drinks. Unfortunately, I found myself wishing we could sit comfortably at the bar, but the frigid temperatures drove us to seek warmer spots. Despite this drawback, my stay at Sheraton Music City was enjoyable, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a pet-friendly option in Nashville. Just be prepared for potentially chilly conditions at the bar!

Great hotel and great stay. Senior personnel/manager was fantastic and willing to solve any problems. The manager of the breakfast area, too strict and borderline unfriendly getting all worked up with the free breakfast tickets/passes. Overall, a great hotel. I will stay again soon.

Although its an older hotel its very well kept and feels luxurious. The restaurant is very good as are the staff. Lovely pools

Housekeeping does an excellent job. The front desk was as professional as I’ve ever encountered.

I did enjoy my stay but just a heads up there is a 27 dollar charge a day for parking and a deposit but the hotel is nice and big!

This hotel was amazing. Feel like we should’ve paid a LOT more. Bed was great, room was immaculate, and the staff were friendly. No complaints about anything during this stay.

Very nice receptionist, LaDonna, pleasantly started off what turned out to be a surprisingly great experience. Finding a hotel of this high caliber at such a low price is nothing short of pure luck. Clean, great room, great bed, very soundproof room, and an excellent burger (too tired to leave the hotel grounds after driving all day). The only thing that might improve it would be actual room service (but for the price of the hotel and what you get otherwise, I’ll gladly carry my dinner order - friendly personable bartender with whom you place your order, too). See photos of the grand front entrance you’ll see when you pull up and that’s just the beginning. Excellent experience!

We enjoyed the very large outdoor pool. Room was spacious and comphy. Very quiet too despite near airport.

Had to ask to have the room tidied and no clean towels were left. Used ones were removed
