I came for the Coldplay concert at Eden Park, but my luggage was delayed by two days. The concierge was very helpful and did everything they could to assist me, even emailing the luggage service at the airport! And when it finally arrived, they contacted me immediately (although unfortunately, I was on my Hobbiton and Waitomo trip with Cheeky Kiwi Tours). I also requested extra water every day (usually in the evening), and room service delivered it promptly. So, it's safe to say their service was AMAZING! My room was on the corner of the building and had a truly stunning view, which delighted me so much! I would definitely stay at Cordis again if I ever return to Auckland!

very cozy and modern room, got upgraded to deluxe room. it was a very comfortable stay! all staffs are very friendly, really love my stay here!
