Super handy location for work downtown.

We really enjoyed our stay. It is close to many good pubs, restaurants and shopping. Lots of cultural events in the downtown core.

it was a nice, comfortable space and clean and the staff was lovely and helpful. It was great that the convention I was going to was attached to it too. Everything was nice and close by.

Went for a convention and every single member of staff were amazing, organized, and fast. Had to ask for a extra towel and he was already at my door waiting and even with the crazy amount of checkins day one they helped bring bags up and there was barely anything considered a line.

Expensive, no amenities, cheap feeling

Expedia needs to chat with hotels better. My original reservation was for a room with a king bed for 4 people (my error). I paid based on the 4 people in the booking. I discovered my mistake the day before check in and called the hotel to make a change. Got a room with 2 beds but still got charged fees for having more thn 2 people in the room. I feel I already paid that fee when making the original reservation and now again at check in.

The property is centrally located. You can walk to places where you wa t to go.

Normally a really good property but the nightime construction was horrendous keeping guests awake. Ear plugs do not cut it

I did not like that I paid for breakfast through Expedia for my family and then the hotel tells me I have 40 dollars credit for breakfast so I had to pay extra for breakfast!
