The first day we arrived there was no water or AC for over 24 hours!!! I had to wash up with water bottles, and they didn’t want to give me that. It was so hot omg. The customer service was horrible. They said they will comp me 1 day but they didn’t. Horrible hotel and will never go there again. If I can give 0 stars I would..

The hotel was very aged, walls and bathtub Stained. Over priced at $300 a night. Water pressure and plumbing issues. MANAGEMENT WAS Pleasant in the sense of trying to accomodate the unpleasant feelings of the stay breakfast 🙃

Hotel had no water. We had to book another hotel they promised to refunf through expedia and i have not heard back from them ir aexpedia. We had 5 rooms nooked. Stayed there for a few hours without water. When we spoke to the front dest they advised us to change hotel as they were not sure when they would have the wayer back. Please send my refund as promised ASAP.

Nice property. Convenient location between restaurants and shopping. Galleria mall in walking distance. Our toilet wasn’t working properly and maintenance quickly resolved the issue. My only main concern was I expected more of the room for what I paid which is probably an Expedia issue more than it is the actual hotel. I paid for premium and basically got a standard room which I will dispute with Expedia directly. Overall great stay!

The property is beautiful overall. Our bathroom was a bit dated and in need of some minor cosmetic repairs in my opinion, but it gets the job done

The hotel had extremely unfortunate luck the weekend we visited... with the main water pipe bursting leaving the hotel without water for 24+ hours AND no A/C in the 90+ degree Texas heat. This was all unlucky, but the worst part of the situation was the hotel managers lack of accountability and inability to help us make our trip better. we were given the opportunity to go to a new hotel downtown which was much nicer (hilton americas) but we were told we would have to go there one night, come back to post oak, and then go back to the other hotel is everything was still broken... which it all was. We ended up spending over $100 on Ubers going back and forth as we were out of town for a concert... the managers gave us free coupons for the bar, which was nice, but we spent hours of our trip uncomfortable and upset due to their attitude. Would not recommend.

This was a horrible experience. The water was turned off the first night we checked in and was still off the next morning. The whole hotel had zero water and no a/c. Had to try and find a new hotel at last minute on a busy concert weekend and the hotel was not helpful or helpful with the inconvenience we incurred. This should be reported to the health department. Not being about to wash, brush teeth or use the bathroom as well as broken a/c made for an awful experience.

AC and water were both broken. Rooms desperately needed updating. I felt bad for the employees, they were all wonderful and couldn't help the fact that the water and AC were off for the entire hotel and had to deal with that.

One night stay w children. Arrived at 3:50pm and was told my room wasn’t ready and still had to wait to check in. While trying to check in the lady was in her cell phone most of the time and kept telling me to hold on. Then put it down and got on the hotel phone as she told me my room still was not ready. As I asked rudely if check in was supposed to be at 3pm she then rudely says yes but we were sold out last night so we’re busy. Then her coworker offers 2 free beer or wine tickets for the bar. Room was ok but AC didn’t really cook properly and was loud AF. Went to take a shower and had no cool or warm water. It was boiling hot on all settings and had to sponge bathe in the sink. Last but not least the plugs were broken in restroom and could not do my hair or get ready so had to do everything in the room off the lamp plugs. Not sure if I’d stay here again. Only great thing was the valet service. Their service was extraordinary and one of best valet services I’ve used.

Exceptional , clean comfortable. Very accommodating my granddaughter needed to warm her food.There was no microwave in the room , they brought one up to the room !
