Great service and convenient location

Was great for a 1 night sleep.

Overall experience was decent but had 3 roaches crawling around that I had to kill one being in the microwave one on the floor and one in the bed!!! Had them come clean up the room after they killed them and then had more the next day.

The room was very big, not much furniture and quite basic. Everything was clean and tidy. Pool area was also clean and tidy, and big enough to swim in when quiet- which it mostly was. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Breakfast was basic buffet style but good value compared to eating out. Location handy for walking out on international drive and for the trolley bus.

Perfect location and had everything we needed

I had a couple of miner issues. The one night that I got back to the room I wanted to watch some tv. I looked everywhere for the remote and there was no remote in the room. The next day they got a remote for the room and I don't think they tried it. It would not work well at all. You had to press the buttons supper hard and you might be able to change the channel. The bathroom had hair on the toilet on day one, sink would clog up. I came in late in the first night and all the lamps were unplugged. So, I had to use my cell to light up the room to plug them in.

The hotel is under renovation and is in desperate need of it. The rooms were old and the walls were dirty. When i checked in the front desk took my picture and like an idiot i let her take it. Needless to say i was scared all nite. The whole situation was super weird. There was only water in the vending machines on both 2nd and 4rd floor. We tried to ask 2 maids that passed us if they knew of the closest store and they looked at us like we had two heads. They didn't speak English at all. I wouldn't recommend or stay there again

I called and asked for two rooms side by side and they said they were. Got there and they weren't and the guy at the desk said i didn't call to confirm that. Then said i booked the rooms on two different days which i didn't. Book them on the say day. Had proof to show him. On top of that he had an attitude like he didn't care. Like, O well take it or leave it.

Stay was great as the room and amenities are brand new. The only negative things were that there was no room service and they didn’t have hand soap for the bathrooms, even when I asked the front desk. Staff was great and super friendly.

Older but renovated. Clean rooms, friendly staff. Overall, great stay.

Price and hotel room was great. Big and clean room. Nice pool too.

Very good

Clean room that was obviously recently renovated. Everything was clean and the bathroom was bright. There was no complaints about the room itself, but the property surrounding it was a bit rough. The elevators in particular were a bit scary with some clanging.
