Nice location by the highway and friendly staff. Didn't feel like the hotel was too cleanly as we used the coffee machine in the room and it smelled moldy. Other than that, it was a nice experience as a one stop and go stay.

I was surprised there wasn’t a microwave. The cleaning staff came WAY too early in the morning so basically didn’t get anything cleaned or coffee restocked without asking. I was also supposed we had to pay for parking. They had a cute area for hanging out with a fire pit but other than that I was impressed.

Loved the room !

Room was clean & hotel was an easy location to get downtown, to the fwy & out to Cuesta. We also appreciated being able to checkin early.

loved everything about this place except the curtains don’t close all the way! light coming in in the morning woke me up when i wanted to sleep in :(

Great hotel

food was not good! Super noisy rooms.

The beds were so comfortable, we slept great. Only downside was paying for parking and the walls are thin so we woke up several times to neighbors slamming the doors. Staff was nice and helpful. Rooms were cleaned and restocked daily, really enjoyed the service.

Liked the restaurant /bar. For the price, rooms just ok, beds not that comfortable, house keeping never came to clean room, hot tub was out of order, and have to pay for parking!

We stayed in the double queen room. It was quite tight. Felt

phone did not work, hotel does not have glass cups, there was a dripping noise all night and I was up from 2am-6am. I told the front desk about all of this and they just nodded their head. They never offered to fix it or to help. It was so bizarre. I never complain about any hotel and know this is not a 5 star resort but it smelled like cigarette smoke, my pillows were dirty. Overall it was terrible . Will never stay here again.

This was good for our stay in SLO. We went to the college, spent time downtown and did some hiking. All were easy to get to from here. We would stay again! The hot tub and pool were closed for repairs. This was the only downside.

This place is a dolled up, overpriced HoJo. The flickering light in our bathroom was a metaphor for everything wrong with this hotel. Things were broken - an outlet and a light. The carpet was dingy and looked as though it hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time. The first room they put us in smelled like gas (so we moved, obviously). Our room had 2 queen beds and was quite small - not much room for walking or baggage. AC worked but was loud. Beds were not very comfortable. All in all, the $500+/night (total cost with taxes and fees) was soooo not worth it. Bummer.

Perfect location for a visit to CalPoly. The hotel and restaurant staff were so helpful and friendly. Beds were comfy, room had ample space. We loved the shower products. There was a small issue in my bathroom and it was quickly fixed. Will definitely return.

A delightful surprise for my overnight stay. Staff was super friendly, room was above expectations and their onsite food options for breakfast was super convenient. Close enough to walk to downtown with paying that price for being close. I’d stay again without a hesitation.

My first room the shower was broken. There was hardly any good lightening in the room, it looked pretty worn and run down. My second room the door had to be forced shut with a lot of pressure otherwise it wouldn't close. the light bulb went out during my stay. Seemed like one thing after the other...
