Really nice hotel. Great location. Met with a friend there and shared a room. We came from different cities so we had 2 cars. Charging $40 dollars a night for “each” car to park is excessive. That charge really leaves a “ bad taste” overshadowing an otherwise excellent hotel.

Very clean, helpful friendly staff. The front desk clerk helped my sister with her phone which was acting up. Would definitely stay here again!

Staff were fabulous at all times. Very helpful. Approachable and friendly and efficient. One quick suggestion is to consider putting more coffee in the rooms. There was only one packet, which does not seem like enough (and certainly wasn't for me). Staff brought some up which was great, but having more in there to start with makes sense. And possibly some cream or coffee whitener, rather than just sugar. And a shower cap for the bathroom. Again, staff were helpful and provided these things, but having a well-stocked room makes guests feel cared for. Overall, a great place with a fabulous view and super staff. Great food, too.

Had a great experience! The location was great. I was worried about parking but had no issue finding a spot. We were travelling with two small children, the staff was super friendly and accommodating. Would definitely recommend.

Pretty expensive hotel with rather worn thin towels. Parking is expensive too. Really just an average hotel overlooking water. Unfortunately too many bugs on the window screens to enjoy the view.

The property is in a great location right at the waterfront. The room was lovely and clean. Madeleine checked us in and was really helpful, we were given an upgrade to a bigger room with a better view. Madeleine also checked us out and organised a taxi for us to get to the train station, super helpful.

The room was clean, and the staff were really helpful and friendly. However, the vending machine was not working, and the room did not include q-tips, toothbrushes, or slippers. The fridge was also empty upon arrival. We also would have preferred to be able to open the windows for some fresh air. Overall, we had a good stay and everything else was great.

The front desk staff were very customer service oriented. The view from my room was spectacular and we are very happy with our stay.

It was marvellous. The view on the lake was wow. I believe it was recently renovated. It would be nice to know in advance that there was an extra cost for the parking. I recommend this place and will return at same place next time.

Thought the breakfast was included, too pricey otherwise.

The room and hotel was very clean and well appointed. Staff were very friendly, helpful and efficient. Our only negative was some noise from the floor above. We stayed on the fourth floor. It didn’t keep us awake but was a little distracting when trying to sleep.

We liked the hotel, location, staff, etc. No problem there. Our problem was with the restaurant food, which surprisingly, we found extremely salty! The view was nice, the staff friendly and helpful, just ... just the food was salty. We would recommend the hotel, but maybe not the restaurant.

Stayed for only one night. My daughter had football tryouts and the reason we stayed was the hot tub in service. Turns out it was busted and out for the night, the event room was booked for a wedding and the whole 6th floor was caous and loud, no cont breakfast for a $400 dollar stay, the gym was dirty and machines did t fuction to properly. Staff was nice and helful, the rooms were clean but had an oder of an attick. All in all nice enviroment but can get the same treatment at the much cheaper hotel down the road.

Excellent service, immaculate room, great views.

We did not eat at the restaurant... its to expensive. You also have to pay $38 dollars a day for parking.

This was not our first visit to this hotel--we continue to return It would be nice if the town of Kingston could clean up the downtown--walking to a local restaurant--was not pleasant Intent is to visit the delta kingston over the next few weeks before the busy season
