Nosotros nos quedamos este Junio 7-10. Ubicación de el hotel, muy buena, los empleados de el hotel, atentos y profesionales. Pero comparto lo siguiente- en la entrada principal, tanto como por dentro y por afuera … estaba lleno de personas (la mayoría hombres), creo estaban esperando a que pasaran por ellos como para ir a algún trabajo. Traían maletas, mochilas, eran demasiados y dan un aspecto No muy agradable al hotel. Estaban todos amontonados, hasta unos sentados en el piso. También, de esos hombres que estaban ahí, unos si se quedaban en el hotel, pero por lo que pude ver, creo uno o 2 eran los que estaban registrados en el hotel, y luego ellos metían otros 3 o 4 a su cuarto. Y una experiencia que tuve es que las personas que están en recepción, No ponen atención de quien sube a los cuartos por que cuando yo iba a subir, entró otro hombre al elevador y estaba esperando a que yo pusiera mi tarjeta. Y le dije - a qué piso vas? Por tu tarjeta. Dónde está? Y me dice - la olvide arriba. Y le dije - Pues salte de el elevador. No puedes subir. Eso se me hizo muy mal por qué sabrá Dios cuántos hombres suben y ni sabemos quiénes son. Yo vi salir de un cuarto como a 6 de ellos, pero No hay nadie que supervise. Las tarjetas para usar el elevador y a tu cuarto, no funcionaban bien. Tuve que bajar 9 pisos para que las volvieran a activar. La tarjeta la tienes que dejar puesta en la pared para que tengas luz y aire acondicionado. Y vaya que se tarda para enfriar el cuarto

Me gusta la ubicacion de este hotel pero necesita una remodelacion esta todo muy viejo, las habitaciones muy viejas y las regaderas tambien. todo necesita remodelacion, es una lastima que tenga muy buena ubicacion.

The checked in went well Then the elevators weren’t working properly The key to our room was a struggle the card key mechanism was not working properly Try to call to the receptionist and the phone wasn’t working either The shower floor was overflowing Next morning The breakfast was cold the coffee was not even lukewarm The toast bread was chewy When you asked the waitress for help you’d get a bad attitude in return This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had for me and my family We made multiple complaints without a proper outcome Sincerely don’t book this hotel for your own personal convenience

The rooms need major renovations. However the staff was amazing and the location was good

Honestly. This place needs a renovation bad. Our restroom had mold everywhere and Expedia refused to give us a refund. Staff was kind enough to move us rooms but the carpets are super old and the rooms smell bad

Lo mejor del hotel es la ubicación, ddntro de los cuartos se escucha el ruido de los pasillos, unas toallas que nos dejaron tenian olor a combustible, el hotel en general esta desgastado ya por los años, definitivamente no está como muestran las fotos.

The blankets and sheets were very itchy. I reported it to the receptionist and didn’t hear back from them.

The location is great. The room was clean, but not soundproof. I could hear a couple next door arguing late at night.

The room was clean, but was missing a hair dryer and hand towels. Also, the rooms are NOT soundproof. But the location is great.

Rooms need to be updated, pillows terrible very hard and old, hard time opening the door to the room and a very terrible smell in the room and the halls. A lot of noice. They don’t have iron and blow dryer in the rooms. I do not recommend this hotel.
