Rooms were very clean and the atmosphere was 5 stars. Loved the smell of the hotel. Free shuttle to airport.

It was great

The property was nice and clean. The airport shuttle and port shuttle were very convenient. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Gaston, at the front desk was knowledgeable about the area, extra patient with us and answered all of our questions.

Hotel was nice a

We needed a place to stay the night before our cruise. This hotel was close to the airport and offered a free shuttle. They also offer a shuttle to the port for $17 a person. Hotel was nice and staff was friendly. There are a few places nearby to grab food within walking distance.

Yes very nice , clean wonderful, bed super . Unfortunately i couldn't stay long but over all very nice hotwl thx u

Front desk clerk was mean. Not friendly. No customer service at all. It makes for a horrible start. I wanted to leave but we’d already paid. Sometimes peoples attitudes will turn you off to where you don’t care how much you paid…you’re still leaving, and I was almost there

Reservation was not what I made originally. Apparently auto changed from Expedia as “upgrade” but beds didn’t comfortably accommodate our group of 3. Texted with Expedia staff and they couldn’t offer any real help given circumstances. Going through Expedia is NOT seamless and I will reduce/minimize future use of Expedia for this reason

Was not like the website showed. Not impressed

The front desk group: very organized and pleasant. Room was comfortable and very clean. Neighbor next door , unfortunately, a little too loud at night .

We enjoyed our stay here. The hotel was clean and beautiful. Staff was friendly and very accomodating. The airport shuttle was very convenient. I did experience only 2 minor issues, one being that the walls are very thin (sigh). Secondly, I called a week prior and got misinformation about having packages delivered however, they were very considerate and gave me a courtesy. But, overall I loved it here and would stay here again.

Clean m, comfortable and nice but the only issue was people from the other hotel room were too loud and you feel like they inside the room with you! But overall I’m really happy with the hotel
