Fantastic. Quit.

The staff was great from the front to the patio. The rooms were clean, which is the biggest plus being away from home. I upgraded to lake view, did not disappoint.

The beds were very comfortable. The swimming pool and the hot tub were great. The hot tub was truly hot. The view was excellent.

Pool was too cold

Was in Sault Ste. Marie for a family gathering. The front desk staff, Franca was amazing. She greeted all of us with a smile and making sure we had everything we needed to have a wonderful time.

I liked the view of the river and the restaurant.

Water leaking from top floor onto bed- cheese, crackers and fruit plate that made crackers soggy and cheese was sitting out for atleast 6 hours. Gross. Had to switch rooms, no compensation.

Good my grandkids love pool and friedly and clean we will be back

Excellent experience

Met expectations. Pet fee is $40 and was higher then we had experienced on our trip so far (range prior was $0 - 20). Restaurant was good, beautiful sunset view. Pool and hot tub were wonderful with sunset view as well. Nice gym area too. Would stay there again.

Hot tube is a wonderful!

Very friendly staff and close to everything. Nice being on the waterfront. Highly recommended.
