Disappointing experience due to the night general manager's rude and unprofessional behavior. He treated staff poorly and was disrespectful to guests. Not someone who should be in hospitality.

Everybody was very nice, however you need to keep an eye on the waiter at the restaurant in the night shift.

Just should be eliminated the carpet

Excelente todo, solo dejo como observación que dejen la salida por lo menos hasta las 13:00 y dejen el servicio de agua de ese día de resto hay habilidad y muy lindo el hotel Saludos de cólombia

Everything about the property was beautiful! The pool is very nice and the trees was a scenes out of a movie

When I entered the room, there was a faint smell of cigarette smoke. Maybe it's because the building was built a long time ago. The breakfast buffet was nice because the people working there were friendly. The swimming pool is also pretty. There was a red mark on the bed sheet. Looks little dirty.

Very clean the only thing they didn’t have a refrigerator

The air conditioning was working well. At night it was betweeen 25 to 27 Celsius. Very uncomfortable to sleep. Other than that it was good.

Service at Front desk was not the best, at check-in and then at checkout, tv remote wasn't working, last day they left us without towels

There is two buildings, the old and the new one. I stayed in the old one, it is fine. Close to the pool area which is nice.

Nice hotel, beds and sheets were fabulous. The hotel is renovating, some areas are a little tired. Staff was very nice. Kind of midtown near the expo center.

The hotel is wonderful it’s very clean and I got very spacious room to enjoy the washroom has a lot space and was clean that I get you to enjoy showering there Excellent service overall

They made me to move to another room because they had to fix the water pipes 😡

The rooms are too old, no fridge inside the room, no ice maker, the towels too old, they charge for parking, no free breakfast like the others holiday inns.

It is a good value for the price. I stay there often.

Cleanliness was very poor, not in the room but in the aisles, some people put dishes on the floor (next to the door) and those remained the whole day. In the bathroom, one of the containers (body cream) was empty, i reported it twice and it was never refilled.
