They were wonderful

Very nice hotel

Amy and Bryan made our stay, as well as many others, super enjoyable. They were informative and made us feel at home. The entire staff was awesome and we cannot say enough about their courtesy and attitudes during our entire stay.

Everything was good except the food

Room smelled on mold and that was the biggest issue, next to the fact that tv wasn’t working and bed wasn’t good

BED BUGS were in my room. Please do not stay here, health is not a priority here.

We stayed for a week, and really have no complaints. It was quiet, clean, nice pool area, the additional breakfast option was a great way to start the day, and it was close enough to walk to things including the streetcars/public translation. Would recommend and would stay here again

Great folks great price

4.5 stars! Excellent, affordable place to stay in Downtown New Orleans! Rooms are pretty good and clean. I would have given 5 stars, but had to take half point for smelly parking with two way traffic in narrow passage of the multi storey parking.

This is a big hotel in a nice location. It has a big parking which is part the hotel, so you can use the same elevator to go to your room, very convenient.

It was very nice/clean, staff was great. I loved that it was walking distance to or not a far driving distance from activities. It was family friendly. I will book with them again. Thank you.

Paid 42$ for parking at a regular hotel

Super friendly staff. Clean rooms, good restaurant and coffee shop. Walking distance to the French Quarter. Great Italian restaurant just a block away.

The server at the hotel in the dining area named Javier was really polite really nice love his personality he deserves to raise
