Spacious room, very clean, attentive people, we will definitely come back again

Recently stayed here and had several issues, mold, brown water coming out of faucets. The facility did nothing to remedy the situation and refused to refund!!!!

Unsafe and Irresponsible My car was broken into in this hotel’s parking lot during my stay. Important documents and a second car key were stolen. The next day, my other car was stolen from my home. The hotel has no security cameras and took no responsibility. Very disappointing. I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

Excellent staff but they

I would not stay there again due to poor breakfast options, lack of security in the parking lot with an abandoned building next door. Staff did not give us a credit on parking as per Expedia member VIP benefits. They charged a resort fee when the hotel has the most basic amenities like gym, pool table and ling pong table even less than a condominium can offer.

Had a good stay with the family. Hotel is close to the American Dream Mall.

Outdoor pool and restaurant/ bar also excellent clean rooms

The beds were very comfortable. Has a pool, but it was overcrowded. The area itself seemed a bit sketchy.

I enjoyed the place it was very nice and comfortable. My only feedback for improvement is about the pool. I came there just for the purpose of taking my 84 yr old mother to swim. And was disappointed to see the pool overloaded with a bunch of kids and wild adults. There was no way to get in. I feel that there should be at least an hour and a half of time toward closing for children to not be allowed in the pool after 7:30pm. And from 7:30 to 8:45 should be a time for just adults. Especially when there is a heat wave and people will be specifically looking to swim.

Room uncomfortable. Would not allow me to take breakfast back to room. Room small. Slow check out, checkout staff rude

We were happy to be there as we came from another hotel where we felt unsafe. This place was great, from check in to check out. Should have booked here to begin with.

Clean nice staff

Excellent hotel. Conveniently location. Close to everything. Family and business style. Safe and clean. I will recommend!

The staff was pleasent, but the hotel itself was poorly maintained. Our room had a foul odor, the carpest were not vacuumed, there was food on the floor in the hallway, our towels and sheets had hair on them. We were so uncomfortable we left at 5 in the morning. Unfortunately we will not be staying at this or any Holiday Inn again.

We went here because it was close and conveniently located near MetLife stadium . We enjoyed our stay

I loved it, very nice, I was just a little In Shock with a 100 deposit, I never heard of 100 deposit usually 50. But he was nice and understanding, he let me in with a 50 deposit. It would been nice if you told us when booking. But all around I had a great time

I've stayed at a lot of IHG hotels and this was by far the worst I've experienced. I won't even go into how ridiculously high the incident charge was. I'm from the south and understand not everyone has the southern hospitality, but the lady at the front desk when we checked in didn't seem to want to be there at ALL. She barely spoke as she rushed through checking us in. We were told the pool was closed even though it was still daylight. I had an upset child the rest of the night. The beds were comfortable, but the bathroom was disgusting. I'm not sure what was smeared all over the walls, but after driving for almost 10 hours that day and expectingsnother 10 the next, I was too tired to do anything other than go to sleep. But even that didn't go well. Both mine and my child's sleep was interrupted by the plumbing multiple times. If someone showered, flushed or even turned the water in the sink on, you'd hear it through our whole room.
