I wish to make known my complete dissatisfaction at this booking. I booked a room with Twin beds and private bathroom for 2 work colleagues going to a Trade show. The room was completely unsuitable for this situation at a cost of two thousand euro! Clearly when twin beds were booked it was not a couple! The beds could not be separated by the guests and the shower was located in the main room with absolutely NO privacy. Despite reception staff trying to be helpful the hotel was booked and a change of room was not possible but this should never have happened in the first place. Serious attention to detail required going forward. Very disappointed.

There was this customer service officer. His attitude was terrible. Asked about possibility of having room side by side he said not possible in a loud tone. When asked about estimated time to leave hotel for airport, he answered it depends on how many gates and traffic condition, so he cannot tell me anything. First time encountering such customer service. Perhaps he is in bad mood, or dislike talking to a chinese or whatever. Rudest hotel staff I have ever met.

Friendly and helpful staff, nice hotel. We stayed in apartment - spacious, clean and comfortable. Close enough to downtown and all things köln. Wonderful stay overall

The room was extremely hot, the air conditioning barely worked so it felt hot while sleeping

The hotel was really lovely and the desk staff were friendly and kind, but the digital check-in was ridiculous - my passport didn't scan properly three times, they had to change machines...maybe just go back to the old ways?

Lovely large rooms - we booked 2 superior rooms which were allocated on the top floor - just the 2 rooms so was like a suite. Location was good - quiet but near to everything. The hotel operates an online check in and your key is on your phone, so little interaction with staff but everyone we saw was friendly. Great stay

This is a good property, it’s very well situated to visit the main sights of cologne. The hotel condition and amenities are good, but a few things bring down the rating. They only clean the rooms every 3 days. Basically, my room was never cleaned during my 2 night stay. The staff, with the exception of the lady who helped me check out, lack friendliness. They were not rude or anything, just very brief in their communication without any warmth or hospitality. These are areas they should work on. Overall this is a perfectly adequate hotel for a few days in cologne.

Definately a recommended place to stay. Staff were wonderful, very welcoming and professional. The hotel is clean with great facilities. Its location is brilliant for getting around Cologne. Onsite secure parking as well. Great stay.

Friendly staff and a well maintained hotel.

The room was spacious and clean and the amenities were on par with expectations with the exception of tea making facilities as listed on Expedia - there was a coffee pod machine but no tea bags or a spoon for stirring in sugar. Also the breakfast buffet was expensive at $27 Euro - I only want some cereal and toast so was not prepared to pay that. The hotel staff was helpful if approached but not readily available otherwise. I have never been asked to pay a fee for luggage storage so was surprised there was a charge for this even though I didn’t need to use the service on this visit. I booked this hotel as it mentioned daily room housekeeping but was not aware until I left that this was something only done if you make a special request. This hotel seemed to be transitioning to an online service portal for checkin and all other services and I got the feeling that the staff were not all that comfortable with the system yet. Overall, a good clean hotel in a great location.
