Delicious breakfast buffet. Staff was very friendly and helpful. There is a big store by front desk that has lots of great food options including ice cream.

Great spot very convenient with access to major highways close by. Staff and hotel were very nice.

Great place!

This was possibly THE coolest hotel ive ever stayed at. The art and decor were vibrant and fun. My room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Wish there was a refrigerator. Thats my only complaint. Jade at the Violet Thorn was a delight.

Need better beds

This is a fun and quirky hotel. The decor theme looks great. Wish we'd had more time to explore all the photo ops. Very quiet. The breakfast buffet is a little pricey but for some reason we got it included with our stay and for a free buffet it was great. Parking is easy and free. You can actually walk to the Natick mall more easily than driving (there are pedestrian crossing lights). Uncomfortable pillows but overall a good place to stay right outside of Boston (easy drive into the city).

This hotel is beautiful and very clean. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Zena was the best, she was friendly, professional and she would do anything to make sure you had a great experience and that you were comfortable. She went above and beyond to make sure our stay was pleasant. I totally loved Zena and all the staff at this hotel

The Verve hotel is an older Hilton in a great location in Natick, surrounded by shops and restaurants. It is right across the street from a great indoor mall. The hotel has a fun and unique pop culture theme which is interesting to see. The rooms are a bit dated, but fine. Our TV remote didn’t work properly so we had to punch in TV channels individually to watch TV. The room had an iron, but no ironing board. Biggest miss in our room was a mini fridge - no way to keep drinks cold. And, although we were there for 4 nights, our bed was never once made by the cleaning crew. We did get fresh towels each day.

The hotel room was spacious, clean and well maintained. Although the property is old but has been managed well by the team. The 70s vibe is evident and quite an experience. The front office and pantry team are friendly and helpful. Special mention to Jessica and Erick in the front office for being super supportive and proactive in helping us! Will definitely refer the hotel to my friends and family!

Great home away from home for a week of business travel. Everyone who worked there was welcoming and helpful. I stayed in a suite and it was comfortable. The hotel's quirky details are fun.

Super easy access via suburb shuttle from airport. Right next to mall which was nice.
