Clean and quiet place. The pool area was and clean. There seemed to be some renovations happening, but didn't affect our stay. The room was a bit cramped with 2 beds and 4 people. The staff was definitely the highlight. They were so incredibly kind and accommodating. Would stay here again.

Totally fine, nothing special.

I've known this property for over 30 years. I've never stayed there but used to go there for dinner with a business associate about 30 years ago. It appears to have maintained the properly nicely as it was clean and well maintained.

The lady at the desk was very nice and gave us some helpful tips about the area. Beds were fine. The pool was cold but refreshing. The hot tub was nice. Breakfast is not continental. Unfortunately we had a lot of ants in our room and when we arrived, a tile in the bathroom was on the floor so my husband put it back up in the ceiling. Also it looked like there was drywall mud or paint on the tile in the entryway and in the bathroom. Quiet hotel.

The front desk clerk was helpful and friendly. The room was clean. The entire hotel is in need of an update, but otherwise the stay was fine.

We loved the room and loved the stay. After the weekend, on our way home, a charge popped up on my bank for bottled waters used in the room. We purposely did not use the waters, as they said that they were only free for gold members, besides we brought our own. I called to complain and was basically told I was a liar and the charge kept on. I should have taken pictures of the bottles sitting there when we left..........We will never stay at a Doubletree again!

Coffee is horrible

Liked everything. Cool place that's out of the way from the busy areas and hotel was in great condition.

Staff was VERY friendly. Room could have been cleaner there was food and drinks in the fridge from previous occupants. Grounds are a little nerve wracking overgrown landscaping and surrounding buildings closed down, people loitering in the parking lot just made us feel a little unsafe coming and going. Pool was very clean and staff was nice overall was a nice stay.

The property was clean, safe, and in a good location to downtown Holland, and a nice distance between Saugatuck and Grand Haven.

Did not like that staying here 3 nights, they wanted extra charge for 1 pm checkout instead of 12pm?? Did not appreciate room service just walking in at 8:15 am without knocking. There was a do not disturb sign on door. Quite alarming. Quite rude. Quite scary..

Hotel in renovations, clean facilities, nice staff

It was a good hotel for the price. Easy check in and out and decent conditions.
