I really liked the fact they provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash for you. The front desk was really nice and very clean!

They charged me 77 dollars at 2 am without notice then made me wait to get my money back 0/10 don't recommend

I've stayed here multiple times and is my typical go to if visiting Kalamazoo. Convenient access to WMU campus and easy access to shopping malls and restaurants nearby. Easy access to the highway too. Friendly staff, clean facilities and year round indoor pool. Good bang for the buck and I definitely recommend

This is a clean, well kept and quiet hotel. I’ll stay here again when visiting Kalamazoo. I didn’t like though, that the hotel charges $4 for a to-go cup of coffee, if you don’t purchase the breakfast option. I’ve not experienced that at a hotel of this level. It’s normally complimentary. Breakfast looked very nice though, so… next time. Charging for breakfast always keeps away the bed heads shuffling around in slippers and pjs. It’s well worth the cost.

Comfortable bed, great bar/restaurant area and very nice pool/atrium area.

This property was offered to us as an alternative after we were told our reservation was cancelled at the nearby Holday Inn Express. It was very nice and the staff was good. The bar was not great, not doing a very good job on two different mixed drinks. Aside from that, we were very satisfied.

Jennifer was the best- tremendous help and great attitude!

It was an excellent stay. I only gave 4 stars because when we initially entered our room after check in, (unaware that the pool access door on the opposite side of the room was left unlocked) as we prepared to unpack someone attempted to enter our room. I want to believe it was a simple mistake but it was not a pleasant experience. Had I been there alone I would have completely freaked out. Other than that It was really quiet and the staff was pleasant and accommodating.

Mold in my rooms and sheets were yellowish instead of white.
