Enjoyed our stay. Got to watch fireworks from our room window

The quietness was a big plus!

Disappointed the fitness facility was closed due to AC problems.

Dirtying

First I would like to commend the staff at the hotel. They were all friendly and hospitable. The issue i have is I booked this motel based entirely for the location to the beach and the 4th of July celebration. On the 4th around 1 pm the motel parking lot started filling with locals by 5 pm there where no parking spots available but still more vehicles kept coming virtually locking in the parking lot. Several hundred locals filled the front of the property with canopies grills blocking off actual guests of the motel. The high rates for a holiday was expected for the 2 days my family was there. What also was expected was some amount of privacy on private property i was spending a large amount of money to expect. The entire parking lot was a mad house with families from locals who where allowed to roam the property and block actual guests who also paid large amounts of money to stay on the property. Afterwards trash covered the grounds. This is not what we paid to experience or should be expected. The swimming pool was filled with people not actual guests. This is not acceptable Your guests should be the priority. I did not complain to the employees because this is a management issue. Afterwards me and my family left and returned home because the party outside felt near chaos. Jeremy R

I was disappointed that when we checked in and got to our room it had not been cleaned. We had to go back to the front desk and get another room. Later that night, I was in the room alone, thankfully I had used the extra lock on the door. The front desk had checked someone else in to our room and they were trying to come in.

Everything was great until I took my shower the next morning and it didn’t get very warm.

I sent a message to hotel that flight arrived early in morning asked for early checkin. When we arrived at hotel was told to come back at 4 pm. When we came back at 4 there was a line that took an hour to check in. Got a room that toilet wouldn’t flush and was dirty. Moved to moldy room

I can say I won’t be staying here again. The toilet in our room wouldn’t flush, kept having to fill up the back with water. Informed the “general manager” only to be told “I have no other room for you- I didn’t ask for another room I asked if someone can look at the toilet- again was told “we have no maintenance person to call” so I said okay well what can we do- I’ll comp you the lady said, asked the room number and wasn’t very kind. When we went to check out the sweetest girl working the desk checked to see if we had actually been comped like the “manager” said and we had no so she fixed that for us.

Very nice place and a great beach view

We got in late from Texas and had no face clothes or hand towels, but the AC worked very well

The room and hall smelled like mildew and mold

Loved this place. Very nice, clean, quiet and well-maintained.

Ok but an older property, nice pool but not enough lounge chairs. Staff appeared stretched to cover everything. Nice location across from the beach.

Pool was nice n large. Very nice girl in Bristo. Had plumbing problems in our room. Manager addressed those issues quickly. Upgraded us to new room, with pool view. Worst are that needs help is front desk. Poor customer service. Called hotel after returning home was put on hold not once but twice, for over 15 minutes each time and no one ever picked up phone to talk to me. I had left something in room and was going to see if they found item and get item mailed to me. I would stay here again but hotel needs better service at front desk. Hotel room was spacious, but needed deep cleaning , especially in bathroom but room was comfortable.

In town 1 night for an event and this hotel looked like what we needed. Check in was easy, the room was in good condition, and the rest of the hotel looked nice too. Would stay here again.
