Beautiful hotel and great location. Front desk very attentive and accommodating. Very quiet poolside despite being near a major roadway. Many breakfast choices frequently replenished. We’d definitely stay here again!

What a beautiful, clean, safe, and romantic property. It was even better than expected.

The facility was immaculate, the staff inviting. The guitarist at breakfast was a welcome addition. Breakfast was ok. Pool was ok. Will most definitely stay again. Jacob and Christian were wonderful!

First time staying in this hotel, definitely I can’t wait to come back and enjoy again a good time in this prestigious venue, the staff is amazing and makes us feel welcomed, it’s clean, beautiful and breakfast was amazing, we enjoyed the heated pool and the jacuzzi, also we had time to enjoy the clean and beautiful beach close to the hotel because the convenience to have the shuttle dropping off and picking up us from a nice and safe location close to the beach, it’s close to Mercato just there you will find a department stores and restaurants but also the hotel is close to other dining choices and department stores beside the options you find in mercato, words are not enough to describe how much we are satisfied to took the decision to stay in this beautiful hotel.

housekeeping did a poor job -sheets not replaced too much responsibility for front desk even towel control plus guest customer care room had a small of some kind of gas smell from airconditioning was never checked

The staff was wonderful. The rooms were very nice and well appointed. The location is perfect. Breakfast was delicious.

In my opinion, this is the best hotel in Naples. Friendly staff, great rooms with very comfortable beds, upgraded pool and hot stuff facilities, free made to order breakfast till 10:30am, newspapers, nice bar at night to meet other travelers, easy access to most of Naples Things to Do and downtown, free transportation to the beach, free parking and bicycles, free water bottles, rooms even had a portable steamer. Would give 6 stars if I could.

I enjoyed my stay here. It's an older property in the Naples area but an overall great experience. From the staff, to the breakfast to the rooms, not much I can say negative about this hotel. It's an older crowd for the most part, whether that's good or bad is up to you. Being just down the road from the beach (with a nice shuttle) is a plus. I'd definitely stay here again.

Great little hotel near the beach, shopping and restaurants. Free shuttle service with chairs and umbrellas for the beach which is 1 mile away. Also bikes are available for use. Plenty of walking and bike paths nearby. Breakfast was good and the staff was great. Especially Michael and Keran(sp?) the valet guys were so nice and helpful! Would definitely stay here again

Very nice old Florida style hotel. Impressed with the decor, service, and view from our room. The free breakfast was wonderful with omelettes to order and plenty of options. Bed was comfortable, wonderful shower. Both nespresso and keurig in room. Outdoor balcony very nice & relaxing. Staff friendly and helpful, we were able to check in early. Great location.
