Like the lounge and staff but homeless street people makes it uncomfortable at times

This location wasn’t good. Our room was old condition, bathroom, bed and not fresh clean. Staff wasn’t friendly, not smile and welcome to us. The breakfast meal was ok for buffet, plenty of foods. We’re disappointed.

Affordable price

The breakfast was good and the room was quiet. The indoor pool was FREEZING, and I like cold water. The jets in the hot tub were broken. The halls were in desperate need of vacuuming as well as our room. It was hard to get hot water out of the shower, and the shower rod was falling out of the wall. I realized that the hotel was older, but that is no excuse for being dirty.

The staff were friendly. The hotel had a lovely ambience to it. I totally enjoyed my stay, though it was hust for a night.

one psychotic wall after another tried to eat my ankles with cheese teeth and that damn Kool-Aid man window haha jk dude it was comfortable and quiet. kinda was annoying to stay in an anointing room but oh well I zippedy lips ❤️‍🩹

I have never stayed anywhere this bad. It was dirty. The staff was rude and unhelpful. Ive never had a problem when ive booked with hotels.com. Now im worried. All the picture were a lie. They demanded more money when we got there. They said it didnt matter what hotels.com said. The said if we didnt pay more then they would say we cancelled and hotela.com would charge me anyway and they would still get their money.

2nd floor king room is outdated stained with food and black spots on carpet . Old scratched and stained vanity sink line all over shower head and handles and entertainment center is broken with no doors and wood is separating bad very hazardous

The WORST place I’ve ever stayed at in my life. When we got to the room there was no water, the sink had what looked to be weeds all up on the sink, handprints from last guests all on the headboard, the water wouldn’t flush on the toilet, and we had no hot water since Saturday night. The AC also did not work well which I would assume they program to save money but definitely not worth it especially on these hot days. Called front desk to help out but just kept saying they would send someone everytime but never did and never did they ask for our room number to send someone so definitely did not care to acknowledge our needs.

Had a good breakfast to start the day. Check in went well. An older hotel that could use an upgrade. Housekeeping needs to be more observant in cleaning the room.

There was no hot water in the hotel, the sink was broke, air conditioning did not work, vending machine broke on 3rd floor, breakfast was horrible.

I was expecting mire for a 3.5 star hotel. Overall, experience was not good. Building and rooms are old and not clean. There was no hot water. Breakfast was terrible. Only good thing is that most of the staff is friendly.

The room was dirty, the fitness center was in poor condition (dirty, gum stuck on things, broken equipment, etc). The shower didn't get hot in the morning and I had to take a cold shower. The hotel is in the ghetto part of town and there were many homeless folks milling about. I didn't chance breakfast after the sad/dirty/broken fitness center and cold shower, so I cannot comment on that.

No HOT water, phone doesn’t work, TV was controlled by maintenance only , my kids didn’t eat complementary breakfast and Front room door will not open properly, and baggage carts broken.

We had no hot water 2 of our 3 day stay. We asked for more towels (since there is no housekeeping) we were told they’d be brought to the room.. never happened. The refrigerator sounded like it was on its last leg. A very loud constant hum. The sink and bathtub had a constant high pressured drip. The mattress was comfortable though. The room was extremely outdated and is in desperate need of an upgrade.

Dirty, unsafe area, no hot water 2 days? Alcohol in the pool area, not enough towels, broken bed, breakfast ran out, door handle broken, bathroom filthy and door was semi-transparent from a shoddy paint job , water damage in dining area, disorganized staff, trash in room upon arrival , room did not match Expedia description, poor value for the $$

room wasn't clean behind or under furniture, old dresser, coffee maker filter tray wasn't available, toilet bowl was to small for grown up adults, need hi-rise bowl , bathtub was dirty and water dripping, no hotwater to shower. not enough washcloth and handtowels. The last and first to stay there. Only one way entrance and exit. Was over charge twice.
