Price was good pick however the rooms are really poorly kept floors were so dirty we cleaned it 3x with bleach spray to sleep the night because our feet were turning black

Nice hotel with a restaurant on site. Staff helpful.

Staff was friendly but bedding was filthy. We had to call for them to give us new Sheets when they brought this, she didn't even make the bed.We had to make the bed ourselves. The shuttle driver was great efficient.

Very convenient hotel near the airport with free shuttle service. Not fancy, but the areas were very clean. In my room, the two beds were comfortable, the sheets were good and clean, and the bathroom was very nice. The staff was friendly and helpful. Parking was good, and they have coffee and tea in the lobby. They have a small convenience store at the front desk to buy some essentials and snacks. There's a 24-hour Speedway right outside in the parking where you can get pizza, snacks, sandwiches for breakfast, dinner, and much more. The hotel's Wings restaurant is open in the evenings, but the menu and ambiance looked good, although I didn't visit it. Across the street is the Olympic Restaurant (brunch and all day meals). There's also a variety of restaurants along the avenue, and you can order Uber Eats. The 24 hrs. free shuttle service can take you to the bus stop located right at the airport. Very convenient if you're using Buffalo's public transportation to get to Downtown, the Mall, or Niagara Falls. The buses are very punctual.

The room is clean and upgraded. There are restaurants nearby, very convenient. It's very close to the airport but very quiet.

We had to go back to the front desk 3 times because the key card didn’t work. The room had a bad smell. Bathroom vanity lights didnt work. Towels had hair all over them. Shower floor was dirty

Staff at front desk were great. Room was dirty, sheets were dirty. Would not stay here again

Things not working: main lock, toilet door lock, telephone cable, toilet flush. No service from the hotel when asked for repair, and they denied receiving any complaint when asked for compensation.

It is close to the airport which is convenient if you are coming out of state.

It’s near the airport which is super convenient. Property is little outdated but very reasonable. Staff are awesome!
