Decent rooms and decent breakfast

It was an easy process. We felt safe and the breakfast was delicious.

I had to change the room because no hot water for the shower, and in the new room, the air conditioner is not working, so sleep with a lot of high temperature. Afternoon check-in staff, ask us to fill out the forms for all guests, including children, so I had to fill out for all of us. I complained why you do not copy the passport and fill the form for the only adult guest. He said 'No'. Police required. Evening staff is very helpful, but he can not do anything because it is a facility problem and he cannot repair the problems.

Hotel staff were courteous but will benefit from additional customer service training such as smiling and show some excitement about the work.

It is a very maintained and nice hotel, our room was spacious and well-equipped and clean. Great price too, in great location (for us), and incl. a nice breakfast bar. Staff was friendly and helpful too. Recommend!

Bed was never made during a 3 night stay. Door wouldn't lock one day. Restaurant was awful

The rooms are spacious, very clean, and extremely comfortable. Transportation to and from the hotel can be easily done with public transport or a cheap cab ride. If you are with a car parking is a breeze. Breakfast was well done. My only negative comment was that if they are having some kind of a party in the convention area, the sound can be loud if they are using a lot of bass and definitely bleeds into the other rooms. While i have no trouble sleeping with this, others might. The large windows unfortunately do little to insulate the guests from this.

short stay in professional purpose

Cold, unfriendly Spartan environment. Breakfast so-so.

The hotel is located around 3 miles from the downtown. NO AIR CONDITIONING, when I argued they gave me a fan. The refrigerator was empty, but there is a supermarket around 1 mile. The food in the restaurant are good and cheap, sometimes 30 minutes to order. The entrance photo is not the real entrance. The hotel are located in the middle of complex ex-communist apartments. No shower just a tube, you need sitting to taking shower. I don't recommend this hotel.

This hotel lacks the most important: service, quality, English. No cleaning of rooms for 4 nights! Never ever experienced anything like. Reception poor/no English. No value for money. Stay away! We were 11 people 5 rooms. Alle equally bad experience.

Worn and filthy, unfriendly staff who don't even understand the English word for towel.
