The lobby is beautiful, the staff was friendly. The room was clean. The pool is ONLY OPEN ON WEEKENDS which is BEYOND STUPID. Half the games dont work and only the ping pong is free. The weight room has a few options which is nice. The Sauna works well and is nice to have since there is no Hot tub. The onsite Massage Spa is a nice touch. AMY WAS GREAT!! OH Make sure you walk down the road a little and take the walking bridge over to the Chocolate factory for some VERY DELICIOUS chocolate!!! Wow it's so good. And there's also a Very good Greek family owned breakfast place just a little farther down. Espace Cafe. Look it up. There are no signs on the building but Google will get you there. Also wanted to mention the restaurant on-site opens at 4pm and they have a fantastic Chicken Alfredo with bacon and mushroom. The Burger was Charbroiled if you like that and the pizza was pretty good as well!! There's a bus stop not too far from the hotel. If you grab a ticket from the airport before you leave for the hotel you can jump on and off when you want and it works for the metro as well. If you dont get a bus ticket then you'll need coins at that bus stop. The bus and metro takes roughly 1 hour to 1.5hrs to get to downtown Montreal. It's $11.25 for a 24 hour ticket or if you use Uber it's roughly a 20-30minute drive with a 10 minute wait for the car and it's $30 CAD for one way. I hope my review helps someone.

The room was clean the layout how ever wasn’t really ideal. Small bathrooms then you gotta walk out the room to wash your hands. The parking lot had some pot holes but I mean that’s all of Montreal. One staff member helped half of our party check out early was awesome but another tried to charge us a cancellation fee when it said it wasn’t gonna apply but he was insisting that it be applied till the other worker (bea) she didn’t apply it. The pool looked nasty it was all foggy and I’ve seen pools with more clear water so I’m not sure what that was about. They had a couple of arcade things there and a pool table along with air hockey and ping pong. Asked to use it around 10 turns out they close that at a certain time not really anything to watch on the tvs they didn’t even have a choice of popping in Netflix or something. I thought okay fine maybe I could screen mirror my phone to the tv not even the slightest chance there. And then the elevator broke down somehow so From being on the second floor needing to bring stuff from the top to the bottom a little inconvenient I get things happen but it’s a hotel how are you gonna not get a necessity fixed immediately. No hate to the raddison but next time imma stick to smth like the Marriott or a little fancier cause this place wasn’t it oh and also if you do wanna go swimming in there there’s rooms that can watch you swim which not gonna lie I don’t feel comfortable being watched swimming

Service impeccable . Locaux bien entretenu juste Pas de sucre ou édulcorants dans la chambre juste du café . Le reste est parfait

1. The coffee machine was not working. 2. The pool water was cloudy and did not appear to be well maintained. 3. There was no closet or wardrobe in the room. 4. My room (1070) was directly opposite the hotel's laundry room. Staff were talking, laughing, and playing music throughout the day and night. Even with the room door closed, the noise was excessive, making it difficult to sleep.

Not kitchen available, place is dirty 3 days in the hotel and nobody clean my room

The Hotel was not as expected, photos on internet show a clean environment but the reality is other, the first impression was the lobby bathroom was dirty and smell terrible, which supposed to be one of the most clean, the room are not clean at all, for the amount of money they charge they supposed to clean better. I rent 2 room one for me and other for my kids we passed three there in that property and nobody show up to clean our room when I claim after we passed the day out walking in the city and expected to find a clean tower and room, them they send someone to take the trash out, bring paper for the bathroom. The service is horrible I don't recommend this hotel was my first and last time in this place. Expedia may not promote place like this. I told them i will give them a bad rate on the internet but they did no care about it.

Splash pad was broken and there was a lot of hair in the room upon arrival

Terrible hotel. The room had a damp smell and sticky floor. On request they mopped the room, but the floors had a brown sludge residue. This showed up on wiping a wet spot on the floor. On informing the staff they said escalate through Expedia as you made the booking there. On escalation Expedia refunded the booking. The staff did not make an effort to fix the issue. They apologized and were happy to see us leave.

Nous avons réservé en ligne suite a un coup de coeur pour l'espace piscine. Une fois le paiement fait en totalité on nous à envoyé un courriel pour nous mentionner que la piscine est ouverte du vendredi au dimanche seulement. Aucune mention n'était fait sur le site avec lequel nous avons réservé et aucune possibilité de remboursement, malgré que nous avions réservé specifiquement pour la piscine. Nous avons dû appeler 2x la réception pour avoir un ensemble de draps pour le divan lit, que nous avons finalement reçu vers 19h45. Mes enfants ont échappé un verre d'eau au sol et en ramassant nous avons vue que la serviette blanche était devenue brune tellement les planchés étaient salent. Par contre le personnel est gentil.

Just beautiful everything is nice but sadly that the swimming pool they open during the weekends but everything else was perfect.
