Le petit dépanneur à l'intérieur est très pratique pour les petits oubli. Le personnel est gentil et souriant. Nous avons passé une belle fin de semaine. Merci

La chambre était parfaite. Les corridors auraient eu besoin d'un bon aspirateur cependant. Tout le personnel était gentil. Tant à l'accueil que les femmes de chambre. La nourriture au restaurant était excellent et le personnel aussi. Nous avons laissé notre voiture pour le temps de notre séjour dans le sud et nous avons utilisé le service de navette pour l'aéroport à 3h du matin et à notre retour vers les 19h. Celui du retour était moins bête et plus souriant. Je recommande cet hotel car nous n'avons pas été déçu et nous n'avons manqué de rien.

It looks like it used to be beautiful. Its fine if you're just sleeping in your room and leaving for the day. The grounds are full of litter. The carpets in the hallway are quite dirty with debris. Our sink leaked causing our towels to be wet upon arrival. The room was clean though. The loby looked nice and the staff were all very polite.

Clean room/ helpful staff

The hotel itself was nostalgic and interesting, but the tv channels barely worked and our floor really needed to be mopped. Food was okay and there’s a bar in the hotel. The atrium was fun but there isn’t much to do that doesn’t cost more money

Very frustrating to be waken up by cleaning staff being extremely loud talking between each other at 8am both mornings

Room was clean and comfortable. Our major issue was the held a wedding reception in the hall which joins the large atrium and allowed them to play very loud music with heavy bass late into the night and we could not sleep due to the noise. When we called the front desk to ask them we were told that they will not tell them to turn it down at all. They refused to tell us what time they would be finished and if we didn’t like it that wasn’t really their problem and we could go move to a different room. It was midnight and OUR 3rd and final night. We were not going to pick up and move all of our stuff. They did not care about our comfort. It was unfortunate the way they had this set up. Also woke up early to noise in the atrium while a bridal dress sale was setting up. This hotel cares more about the money they make off of renting out their hall than the guest’s comfort who are sleeping there.

The check in took 45 mins. Our room lock was broken. The hotel was quite noisy and the staff are not friendly at all. I wont ever be staying at this location again. A revamp of everything is needed

I was disappointed with the overall quality. The room did not have the proper remote, the bathtub plug wouldn’t close, the coffee maker didn’t work , and it was extremely noisy outside the room. Also, I was sent to the wrong room at first and had to tell the front desk it was not what I had reserved.

Notre chambre semblait propre à 1ere vue toutefois il y avait de long cheveux noir dans la douche sur les murs, le rideau de douche était moisi, les coins de étaient très sales. L’établissement en générale n’était pas très propre, le déjeuner coûte très cher, le menu du restaurant pour le souper n’était pas invitant et très peu de restaurant proche sans compter le petit dépanneur les prix sont exorbitants.

We bought breakfast buffet and the food was ok, but the croisants and dry goods were a bit stale. The staff did not clean our rooms properly or provide fresh towels and toiletries daily. The restaurant was good. We were disappointed to learn that the pool was closed for our stay as they said they only opened it Fridays - Sundays. Enough people ended up complaining that they opened the pool Thursday. We got to swim once over the course of our 3 night stay, as we checked out Friday morning. Exterior needs heavy duty clean up after winter. Interior common areas also needs better maintenance. They seemed to keep the front entrance, lobby and restaurant clean though. Overall, I would give it 3 out of 5 Stars maximum.
