Room was average for a 4 star Hyatt. Didn’t meet typically Hyatt expectations.

Room was reasonable, hardly get fridge door open missing one support , no fan in bathroom unable see though the stream after shower, front desk states there complementary water in room, i am thinking cold water after long trip didn’t realize it is for elite members only??? Breakfast made experience much better, overall very average hotel.

We had a love stay! From our floor and front-desk staff to James in the dining room, everyone was warm, welcoming and helpful. The room were clean, quiet and comfortable, and the location of the hotel was central to the area we were exploring. We'll definitely be back! Thanks for everyone!

Everything was very good.

Excellent location to everything we were interested in. Very clean rooms, large TV, beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. Friendly and courteous staff. The bathroom counters were small and difficult to place your amenities on. Nice shower but should have had grab bars as shower was spacious.

Fantastic hotel! Not too far from Union Station and easy to walk to attractions in downtown Toronto. Hotel is very luxurious for a good price.

Excellent downtown location. 5-8 minute walk from union station, and about the same to the ball park, CN tower, or the aquarium. Great spot.

Show at check-in, how do i deal with the car in carpark? Here is the paper to put on the dash - really! So i need to go back down to put this in the car and come back up here again = YES! Back n forth process demands a solution! Then on leaving, “Do i need a ticket to get out of the carpark?” Nope, u r good, just exit - really Other than that issue, all good

We just spent one night, but very nice clean hotel.

This is a very nice hotel. Great location, clean, and helpful staff. The parking is a little tricky to find but is conveniently located under the hotel. There are lots of good restaurants nearby.

Perfect location....parking a bit hard to find the first time as it is on the side street
