Everything was very good very friendly I love it!

First they gave me an Old room, toilet keep making noise, when I make the complain they swap me to a different room and they knew the toilet was making that loud noise… Like why would you out people in that room? Then I got a New room with crickets inside… it was less noisy but last night one jump on me in the middle of the night

The stay was comfortable and the restaurant Sonora Grill was delicious. The only thing is that the rooms were a bit outdated. They could use a refresh.

Room was very clean, staff very friendly, food great at the restaurant,( little pricey) , we didn’t have a mini fridge in our room, we talked to the manager and in 2 minutes we had one. Overall it was good !!

No tuvimos agua caliente para bañarnos.

I always stay at Fiesta Americana while in Hermosillo. To get the free drinks you have to ask the front desk. I was not aware of a free breakfast, I guess next time I will ask.

Great buffet breakfast and excellent staff—very friendly and helpful. The rooms are outdated and need renovation. The bar is okay, nothing special. Good overall experience, but room updates would make a big difference.

We have stayed here before it had been a better experience, but this time they gave us a very dated, dirty and smelly room. I don’t think I would stay here again.

Fantastic spot! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Parking was a breeze, which is always a huge plus. To top it off, there is a great selection of restaurants to choose from. Highly recommend!

Rooms are not clean.

Staff very courteous, very nice room, food available all day. My room wasn’t ready; Had a meal while waiting. Wait was a little longer than told, but staff was gracious.

Everything was so good and the bed was so comfortable!!

Rooms are outdated, dirty pillows rough bed, dirty bathroom counters had old dried blood stains, lots of mosquitoes in room, probably will never stay there again, LUCERNA, has better rooms
