The cleaning lady stole my jewelry, I contacted the hotel customer service they gave me a case number and just said they were going to check the camaras and that was their response.

Booked a room with view, got a room in 4th floor, the windows had some big lights shinning up and a lot of dirt, so basically you look out to bright dirt as a view. Other than that the place is very nice. I been to this hotel twice before with out any issues

Everything was very good

The room was pretty low end. The door wasnt correctly sealed, you could see the ceiling light from the hallway so every single sound made its way into the room. They didnt like to restock the soap so don't wash your hands too much. The air was either freezing or just blew warm air, no matter what the set temperature. And one random morning there was no hot water for a shower.

Excellent staff

I have stayed here many times and will continue to do so. The service is wonderful as are the facilites.

The air conditioning doesn’t work, blows loud and cold, till you can’t handle it. And you have to get up to turn it off. The bathroom tub doesn’t work, the diverter valve that switches between shower and tub just spins around and there is no way to just set it to shower. So, you get a cold water splash when you turn the water on. No matter what. The tub floods, yes it’s clogged, so you better be quick about your bath. The coffee machine doesn’t work, period. Both my wife and I, got bit by bed bugs. Not a good experience. On the other hand, the staff were very nice and kind.

Average hotel. Fair price for what is available. Good location on Reforma.
