This is a nice enough place to stay for a day or two. Beds are fine. Breakfast is slightly above average but nothing exciting. There is a laundry (which needs a trash can) but they can't make change for the machines at the front desk! Pool is not heated and not warm even in the summer. Near lots of fast food and gas stations.

Refusal to give a refund even though we needed to leave a day early due to a family members illness

As a woman traveling alone with a child and pets, I felt safe here. Parking was available right in front of my room and I was able to do laundry. I def recommend for a safe, quiet night to rest.

Nice Pet Friendly Hotel with a dog run near the room. Room doors are OUTSIDE (motel NOT a hotel) .... and our west facing metal door and handle were EXTREMELY hot (the day was very hot) .... kids touched the door and were surprised to feel how hot it was. The room was clean, and the staff honored our request for a first level room (to avoid the stairs for the dog and kids -- no elevator). Breakfast was minimal: but we DID find something that the kids could eat. The shower head needed to be de-scaled, but worked. Nice stop on our very big road trip.

Run down and moldy.

Place is run down, my room was not cleaned once during a six-day stay. Hallways and stairs were stained and dirty.

Place was more of a motel than a hotel. Don’t realize that when I booked, but that didn’t get in the way of anything. We arrived late and staff was ver professional and accommodating. The pillows they use were more like 1/2 pillows. They had 3 to each bed. Cabinet door to the mini-fridge/TV stand almost fell off when I opened it. Water wouldn’t drain in bathtub during showers….Place just looked like an older motel that honestly needs refurbishing. Not a dump, but not somewhere I’d bring my entire family again.

Staff was very friendly. We actually asked to move after our first night, to another room so we had a view of the mountains and they were very accommodating. Great to be so close to downtown Cedar City. We walked down to Main St for the July 4th parade. Pool was amazing too. Very clean and accessible. Breakfast options were appreciated, plus no cost. Some hotels are offering now, but at a few. I even tried the workout room for some stretching...it was comfortable.

Easy check in. Staff were extremely pleasant. Would stay here again.

Bed and pillows fine but room pretty run down condition. Bathroom door barely close able, curtain old and hard to completely cover the window. Breakfast barely ok.

The hotel was your basic freeway side motel, but it was a little dated. That was okay. When I went to use the restroom I opened the toilet and found a piece of tissue and floating next to it was a curly hair (not from the scalp). I was grossed out, but I was so tired I didn’t wanna complain and then have to switch rooms or anything so I didn’t say anything. I also feel badly because people are only human and mistakes are made. It was just a little shocking (that is really too strong of a word) and I get grossed out easily.

Overall, it was a decent stay. Thw room was big and the beds were good. The bathroom is small, but manageable. The main complaint is the “free” breakfast is only until 9 am (most end at 10 am). So we only made it to 1 breakfast. The coffee in the room and the breakfast center was bad! But the coffee truck in the parking lot was delicious (just had to pay for it).

Booked my room throughhotels.com did the online check-in where it said my credit card would not be charged yet after I checked in my card was charged for a night after I had already paid I called to have the charges reversed which they were only to be charged again the next night and had to call again to get the charges reversed once I got the credit on my card I locked my card and they tried to charge me a third time very dishonest especially for doing the online check-in it's saying that my card will not be charged yet they tried to charge me three times an extra charge for the room
