It was nice, no beach and no Banda but there is access to the beach

The property is a bit old but well kept. The staff is friendly and the views are beautiful

I'm definitely returning, my only complaint was the a/c😪 i need sir. But everything else was so perfect

Very young staff that were not trained to serve. Always talking to each other instead of customer service. Was consuming drinks from hotel but if you didnt get a bucket no ice was served. Order six beers. They put on table just there no ice. You have to get your own. Very poor customer service. Will not come again.

The property location and amenities are amazing , cleanliness and transportation availability is also great. The only con is that the employees are not always the friendliest and can be rude especially around the pool and towel area.

First time my family and I stayed here and we liked it very much, it is a clean place, attentive staff, friendly and respectful, we also liked the pool area and the access to the beach, the only bad thing was the bad weather that we had in the days we were there, but I would definitely stay in this hotel again.

It’s a nice clean hotel in a quiet location. Having the Panama restaurant in the lobby is an added plus.

Ocean view balcony was very relaxing

Very disappointed with the room, first thing I see when I walk in the room is a cockroach on the wall and to top it off every time I flushed the toilet there was a poodle of water on the floor, food at the restaurant and service were ok.

My stay was great. Only one area that could be better was that when we were at the pool we had to go and find someone to order drinks and food. I know first world problems but we really just wanted to tip your waiters and talk to them. The rooms were spotless and the grounds were well kept.
