Everything was clean , staff was friendly and helpful , breakfast was good Location was close to L’Olympia where we had a concert . Walking distance. Also the hotel is close to other destinations, such as dock for cruises ships , Notre-Dame and shopping streets. Good stay overall .

staff were very friendly and helpful. location was perfect. they should change from continental breakfast to continental buffet , not your typical continental breakfast because it was fantastic with lots of options. will definitely return

Very helpful staff. Close to transit and walking distance to Old Montreal. Bathroom door was a sliding door though with no lock. Ok for couples or families. Breakfast had good variety. Will recommend.

Le personnel a été très efficace et accueillant tout a été presque parfait de l'arrivée au départ. Cependant, pour le coté moins positif c est la salle de bain, les vitres de douche n'était pas totalement propre, j'ai du prendre une serviette avec de l'alcool désactivant. J'ai aussi aspergé le sol. J'espère ne pas avoir abîmé la serviette. Je n'ai pas réussi à réchauffer la salle de bain pour ma douche j'étais frigorifié. Je crois qu'il faudrait porter attention à ces aspects car vous avez une clientèle tout comme moi qui est malade et qui provient du CHUM. Pour le reste je suis très reconnaissante des services que j'ai reçus et je recommande votre établissement sans problème. Pour ma prochaine visite au CHUM il est grandement possible de me revoir si vous êtes disponible. Merci

Everything about the hotel was excellent. From staff to cleanliness to the surroundings outside. Breakfast was great. The room amazing.

Breakfast was unchanging but decent. Scrambled eggs, bacon, cheap sausages, mini waffles, toast, croissants, cereal, etc.

Amazing breakfast. Gym was great. Very comfortable bed!

Looking for a safe and secured hotel ? This is the place to be, great location, very clean environment, staff's were friendly and always willing to assists, breakfast was great too. My family enjoyed every moment of the 5 days march break get away in Montreal.
