The room was clean. The hotel environment was not too comfortable and safe, especially parking, this may be because it was downtown, and also at the time of the trip, the hotel was hosting evacuess from the Manitoba Wild fires, so the stay was a bit compromising.

Checked in security was everywhere. Homeless, cracked out people outside, in lobby, trying to go in the elevator. We immediately booked a different hotel and left.

Booked this hotel mainly for the pool but it was closed. Super disappointed as there was cheaper hotels in the area but we booked this for the pool. Staff was trying to say we couldn’t check in “early” when we arrived at 2:58pm, literally two minutes before check in time of 3pm. AC was very loud in the room

Room was nice, however this area is very sketchy. Lots of homeless. Crack being smoked outside the property. Sirens going all night

Staff and hotel were great.
