I stay here a lot when travelling to NB and usually have a great experience, however the cleanliness and upkeep of my Jacuzzi suite was disturbing as I found multiple long black hairs in several areas in the Jacuzzi and bathroom and the top corner of the tub ledge looked as if someone was shedding their pubic hair. Absolutely disgusting, and hard to miss which makes me wonder if the room was even wiped down. Along with a variety of holes in drywall with sunken in patchwork, this definiely fell short of my expectations and made it difficult settling in for the night not knowing what was clean or not. The jacuzzi also turned on by itself randomly at about 2am, waking me up as it was very loud. Staff were very friendly, but I may be rethinking future stays.

The room was clean, comfortable bed. Breakfast was good. Property is a little dated

We went to this hotel a lots of time, for a lot of years. This time the employee at the front desk charged us a fee of 10$ and told us it always been like that... i always chek what i pay and it never happen.

Very disappointed, room had no AC and was right by the pool we called for help and got none. The hockey net was broken and sharp but repaired with tape that was falling off.. they also had food from the previous people in the fridge too. So they didnt clean very through

There was tons of ants in the room.

I booked my travels through this app- thinking what it was what I had to Pay- they tried to charge me more, I did not get the room I picked, the bathroom was dirty, couldn’t watch tv ( the remote did not work) anytime I tried to call front desk they never answered. Neither did they answer the texting service. And I didn’t have any towels. I had to go to front desk and retrieve myself. Which was quite far from My room, which had they answered the Phone lines or returned text would Of been more convenient. I do not think it was worth the price.

The place had ants in the rooms and breakfast area. Even staff at desk wasnt children friendly but everyone else was. Pool was nice.

The parking lot was horrible. They did not change our bed after 3 days. Miss to give towel and empty garbage on 1 day.
