Lobby being closed for hours each day. No breakfast. Area off lobby had chairs with signs this area closed.

We love everything about this property and staff.

There were roaches in the room, I have pictures. My husband found cigarette burns in the sheets. There was black mold and puckering in the bathroom ceiling due to leaking. I also have pictures.

Front desk was very helpful. Room was clean and cool before check-in. Pool area was safe. Water temperature in the shower was perfect.

My power went off during the storm. I’m a frequent traveler and I knew what to do. Red roof took my reservation and was 8 miles from me. Thank you RedRoof Check in was awesome
