My husband and I are traveling with our three month old baby and this is a great place to stay! Clean, nice view friendly staff everything you’d need for an easy overnight in Kingston!

The property was quite nice very clean very tidy and housekeeping keeps the Ros up-to-date, clean, smelly, clean perfect temperature when you walked into the room My only complaint is we only book for one night yes I’m bad but when we try to book for a second night, there was no helping the situation. They said that we would have to come back tomorrow morning after three different explanations and I said I didn’t understand if there was a room that we could go to that we could switch the next day she said no nothing available boggled my brain. I sent my husband down to see if he could get the correct explanation he was told they had a king-size room facing the town not out to the lake or one that had three beds in it which we only need either a king size or two double beds but then they told him that there was no room at the end per se when I went on line to check to see if they had anything. It said that they had one king size fed and also two queen size facing the lake not sure why they didn’t want to give us another room for a night. We were willing to change rooms we were willing to pay the difference. They then told us that they had no housekeeping, which puzzled me. I would have to say when you get a taste like that it is up to yourself to make your own decision. They could’ve told us we would have to pay more to stay we would’ve but they didn’t even give us that option. Shame on them.

Very nice, clean room, beautiful location right on the water. The boat for the river dinner cruise left from a location right outside the hotel.

The property is quite old and could use some updates. The windows were very dirty, so even though we booked a lake-view room, we couldn’t really enjoy the view. The air conditioning was not strong enough, and the fridge was so loud that we had to switch it off at night. A small suggestion for management regarding breakfast: it was okay overall, but serving boiled eggs, cheese, and butter without even a small piece of bread seemed strange. Adding some bread would cost very little and would allow guests to have a more complete breakfast. On the positive side, the location was greata-within walking distance of everything, which was very convenient.

the parking wasn’t the best options. especially if you had to use municipality (price was great) if you could find parking there

The location is terrific and convenient for travellers. The cruise dock is just downstairs, steps away. I can see it from my window. But the window is dirty.

​Pros: Decent location right downtown, close to everything. The rooms are okay—very average, but fine if you just need a bed for the night. ​Cons: The pool was abysmal and looked completely neglected. The main entrance always had people smoking right in front of it, so you have to walk through a cloud of smoke just to get inside. Worst of all was the staff; they were consistently rude and completely unhelpful whenever we had questions. ​Great location, but the poor service and subpar facilities ruin the value. Wouldn't stay again

We really Like it but did not realize there was an addiction centre intake in the lobby. Made us a little bit nervous. We were not aware of this when booking

Centrally located in downtown Kingston, very comfortable bed.

Loved the location. What i didn't like was that we had a Lakeview room but the outside of the window was so dirty you couldn't enjoy it. That was a waste of money should have just got a standard room.

Air conditioning didn’t work all night and there no one at reception except a security guard who couldn’t help with hotel related problems.

River view is stunning is you make abstraction of the HUGE spiders at night and their huge and dirty black spiderweb on the outside of the window glass. There is everything you need and instructions sent ahead of arrival helps to find the parking. Super clean room aside from the carpet that got both my son and I allergic reaction (meaning high chances of lots of mites. Ideal location to walk around main sightseeing. Helpful staff. Overall I recommand the place ! We have a nice stay
