Recently stayed two nights at the Quality Inn at the end of June. Check in was quick, staff was friendly, and I got my room request, towards the back of the building on a higher floor. I had room 423, it was clean, fairly good condition, everything worked, although fridge took a few hours to cool my drinks, and beds were comfortable. Each queen bed had 3 pillows and I couldn't remember if they used to have 4 each, but I think they did. The room was a great value and there were improvements since my last stay in April. They no longer start clearing breakfast before it ends at 9am, and it was well stocked especially Tuesday morning. Monday morning things were running out and I didn't see staff at all for the last 20 minutes. There was still plenty to eat though. Tuesday, staff kept things full and cleaned the serving area. The AC worked great, decent water pressure, bathroom was clean, and plenty of towels. I overall enjoyed my stay and had no issues. After check out, staff later called as they believed I had left an item behind, and they wanted to figure out how to return it to me, however it wasn't one of my items, but a nice gesture nonetheless! My go to hotel when visiting the area for Six Flags and will continue visiting! Glad to see some improvements! Wish I had more time to take a swim and pool closes at 10pm! Try Tokyo restaurant next door or Wood N Tap down the street for some great dinners!

Clean beds, great AC in room, good breakfast, pool was perfect.

Very dated not clean

The check in were hassel free, location parking all good. What I didn't like was it surpose to be a smoke free, but the hallway were smiling of marijuana occasionally.

Unprofessional, disrespectful discriminatory &Rude! I'm disabled, in a wheelchair. I stayed in double with my daughters & husband. For breakfast, I always get food for the fam, due to autistic child overwhelmed & take to room. I got 5 yogurts, 1&1/2 bagel ea. I got 2 juice, then got cream and sugar to make coffee in room for us 3. I was going to get eggs &sausage to make into bfast bagel along with honey & tea for my daughter. I waited for others to get things so I was not taking all. I am kind & courteous to all. Ppl were getting 2 waffles eggs sausage hashbrowns donuts and piling high. I had 2 plates and staked them with a plate as a cover in my tote with the condiments. I use the tote to Carrie so I can do this while operating wheelchair. A staff member came up to me as I waited for others to get the hot foods and said in front of everyone getting waffles that I have a plate of food & cant have more until everyone else has had food. I said the things I had were for my family in our room. I was singled out due to my obesity!! I had LESS than others & I was so insulted by this action. The staff refused to give me her name. She had tattoos on neck, Hispanic with frizzy hair in ponytail. I confronted her in hallway later & she yelled arguing that there were complaints by staff & guests. Later manager said we aren't allowed food in our room. WHAT?!? We had pizza delivered to front desk & spoke to worker since delivery couldn't speak English. He didn't say no food in room.

This quality Inn is actually low quality. It’s pretty rundown. But for the price, we did fine in our rooms and they seem to be clean. The breakfast area was not clean at all. There were coffee stains on the walls and did not keep it stocked well, and when a waffle iron did not seem to be working, the hostess brought the maintenance guy in, and he was yelling at her in front of everybody

The air conditioning may need to be cleaned out. It caused both my son and I to have sinus, throat and headaches. I didn't sleep well. Once I left the room, my symptoms were gone.

The area wasn’t so great but there were good places to eat around the hotel as well as shops. The hotel is outdated and they did try to keep in clean and got it to be a non smoking hotel the smell of weed was very strong

Stay was. Good. Room was. Clean. Glad roof. Was. Fixed in bathroom. !

The view out our window was an overflowing dumpster with trash all over the ground around it- never was picked up during our 3 day stay. Hotel overall was adequate- renovated bathroom but water temp difficult to control (2 temps- freezing or scalding), free breakfast with many choices. Our biggest complaint was the beds! The mattresses are terribly uncomfortable and none of the 4 of us got any real sleep over the 2 nights we were there.

I like everything cleanness, pool,staff especially very professional, cleanness of room,plus quiet ,ac runs great

No breakfast available during the time that it was set to be available dark rooms, bad lighting

The pool is outdoors but in an extended tent. You get what you paid for.
