I love the warm cookies waiting for me at check-in, th Starbucks in the hotel is also a welcome treat. The underground parking is a huge bonus. The location is great….walkable to great restaurants, coffee shops, the farmer’s marky, Italian Star deli. Always love staying here when in Regina!

I paid over $300 for my room for the night..The bed was not made when I arrived, There was no batteries in one of the tv remote controls, the bath plug did not hold water in the tub. I did receive a free breakfast and the hotel did cover my parking costs for the inconvenience. I’ve been staying there for work trips for the last 7 years and I have no real complaints until now.

Hotel was overall very nice and staff were good. However the parking situation is atrocious. If you have a larger vehicle (taller than 5'10") then you cannot use the indoor parking, and if there is an event happening then you have to use the overflow around back that has no security whatsoever. I parked our campervan there but had to go back not 5 minutes later and caught 3 "persons" trying to break in. I moved the van to the front and parked in a handicap spot for a couple of hours until another "legal" spot became available. Even with that we discovered that some things had been stolen overnight.

I really want to like this hotel, but everytime we stay something is wrong. The A/C is dripping, the TV doesn't work, someone below us is smoking on their balcony, the service is bad in the bar. There always just seems to be one thing off.

Wonderful experience from staff and the recent lobby renovations looked good. The hotel needs to renovate and update the dated teal and brown hallways. It was a dark and dreary step into the past and just didn’t elevate or make the property seem modern. Bring back the roof top pool above the restaurant. This would bring the hotel into a more top destination choice for Regina stays. An outdoor hot tub as well. Nespresso or Keurig coffee contract please.

Room description on Expedia is not accurate. I selected this room,because Expedis says it has kitchen. Hotel doesn't have rooms with kitchen. So our plans were corrected because of that issue.

The rooms were very spacious, clean, and cvery soundproof. The only disappointment was the buffet breakfast. The juices were empty, as were other hot food items. Not the best variety of items. Otherwise the hotel was great and I would stay there again.

Parking for $20.00 per day is a bit much.

A great stay in downtown Regina….the highlight as always is being served by Hassan in the restaurant. It’s like seeing my brother every time I’m in town. Always has my regular drink in front of me before I ask and treats me like a friend instead of a traveller. The hotel is great but Hassan is 100% of the reason I continue to stay here.

Clean

The hotel is located downtown so you have access to a few places to eat and drink nearby. Inside is nice and clean and the staff were helpful. You do have to pay an extra $20 per day for parking (underground or limited surface). The breakfast buffet was pretty good, not included however. Had a dinner at the on site restaurant and it was very underwhelming. Chicken avocado club had zero avocado (was given a tablespoon of guacamole when we brought this up to the server). The protein rice bowl wasn't very good either. Had a beer on tap and it tasted like the lines hadn’t been cleaned in sometime. All said, be aware you’re paining an extra $20/day for parking and eat elsewhere. Besides that, it was clean and well maintained.

There was a group reservation which took up a good portion of the dining room for supper but all of the staff tried to make sure that people in the other parts were not neglected. There were no face cloths in our room, but there was a small balcony.
